Houston has made some nice decisions lately: drafted well, brought in some savvy veterans to mentor the youngsters. Bright future.
Ime was the best decision tbh
@@RealParadox85 Let's hope Ime can keep his pants zipped up at work this time around!
And also, don't forget, their co-MVPs Kysre Gonrezick and Draya Michele.
I’m curious to see which of the young players Houston decides are apart of the team moving forward & who aren’t. They won’t be able to retain all of them unfortunately. Sengun obviously looks like he will be 1 of them
organizations and fans MUST give these 19 year olds TIME.
Yes but don't let them run rampant the whole time get some vets to keep it in check.Just last season jalen and kevin porter jr were playing iso ball in the worse ways imaginable and the team was dog water. There's only so far you let a young talent stray away before they become a ineffective player look at zach lavine 10 yrs in the league with nothing to seriously show for it
Rockets did. But now he's 22.
Dude has played 3 seasons. He is not 19. Jordan Clarkson 2.0 on a little hot stretch just like he has had his prior 2 seasons. Nothing to see here folks!!!
@@WheresWaldo05go home waldo!
Mad warriors fan Truth is rocket's taking they spot this year and for the rest of the future😂😂 stay mad @@WheresWaldo05
Assistant coach, Ben Sullivan doing magic again. Making players shoot better. He did it with Derrick White and now Jalen and Amen will have him this offseason. Scary hours in Houston
As a rockets fan we're effing elated that you led with this. He is a burgeoning superstar for sure
Love the rockets talk
just needs to figure out that pull out game
Are you insane? The more Baby Mama's he has the greater his power. He's Shawn Kemping the Association baby!😅
@@asceticblur 😆
🤣you had to go there...
@@asceticblurthat’s not what his accountant is tellin him lol
Jalen you are on your way..God Bless
For most of his career Jalen wasn't held to any structure (hence the AAU narrative) and once Ime got there he became too x's and o's oriented and wasn't actually making decisions but assumed a predetermined outcome. Now he's actually seeing and thinking the game as well as seeing counters and it's really been a pleasure to watch on this win streak.
How do you feel about him and Amen as a possible future back court?
@@nicholasrose4448it’ll be absolute cinema if it happens
@@nicholasrose4448- if amen can develop a atleast a passable shot, then I think they’ll be one of the hardest to guard, between shooting and athleticism and playmaking, it’ll be nearly impossible to guard
@@nicholasrose4448where’s vanvleet going? They didn’t pay him all that money to not start him
That’s very true. Jalen went from AAU to dleague to NBA. Another 2yrs with no structure was both Stone and Silas. Both of them created and allowed the dysfunctional situation trying to tank. NOW comes in structure and discipline he had never been held to in his life with Udoka. His transformation is from hard discipline and structure by Udoka. His ability to actually change his game has been brilliant. It finally snapped. Udoka broke him.
Amen Thompson was clamping Jalen Williams early, as soon as Amen sat Dub scored 7 points within 3-4 minutes.
Love the Ryen breakdown. Thunder are good not just ready yet. They need more size. Jalen Green is making great strides at the end of the year. Great to see him living up to his potential. Thanks again for your great recaps.
Absolutely love the video cuts. Thx Ry:)
Wish you and bill would do a redraftables on that 2021 class. Since they’re so young in their career it could be fun looking back at it years from now. Because 4 months ago Green probably would’ve been barely top 10 and he has grown so much.
Honestly it's hard to chose still who is the rightful number overall in 2021.
You can make a case for Cade, Green, Sengun, Barnes and maybe Mobley.
Jalen back then and now for me. 💪🏀
As he gets stronger and puts on more weight, he will be unreal
@@farhan007cade is wack. Jalen has much higher upside
Excellent video my man!
i love ryen breakdowns
Next year games 1-20 will let me know what I need to know with Green
Great video, just subbed
Great breakdown. This kid is looking special. The biggest difference I've noticed is he's making the right reads which makes his scoring easier
It’s good to see Jalen Green improving the eye test, that should lead to a jump in numbers. He’s been the same statistical player for 3 years in a row now, hopefully this is the sign he’s making the leap
Thanks for shining light on the Rockets, although record has not been pretty , they have been in almost every game. The signings w FVV DB and Unc Jeff have been underrated. Not to mention coach Ime coming back to the NBA to cause hell + The Jalen Green/ Sengun surge. Ohh yeah our rookies will be a force to be reckoned w. Did I mention next year lottery pick via nets/james harden...one word. S H E E S H
He’s been playing smooth!
1:22 His name (Amen) is pronounced more like Ah•mehn, or uh•mehn rather than Ay•mehn. Good to hear you talk about the Rockets 🚀 though!
For fans who haven’t seen Iverson “He’s the second coming” with a drizzle of MJ and u have Jalen Green 😊
You forgot Steph Curry
Bro you fly to much
Jalen is a prime example of high talent low basketball IQ. Stuck in an AAU style of play who thrives on Iso and looks like a deer in headlights when he doesn't have the ball in his hand. But yes, he is an elite talent
I knew Simmons wouldnt, but I was really hoping Ryen would have a drive by Draya jab
No one split the screen better than Mark Price.
He figured out Draya I don’t blame him for balling out he got his dream girl !
Loving the hair
No lie, Jalen was fantastic last night.
Hell froze over and I’m not talking about Jalen’s game
Remember that video?
No Sengun, Cam Thomas and no Tari Eason. Houston has been injured all season but noone gives us that break every other team in the nba gets. Hypocrites. Keep hating while we keep rising 😎
Cam Whitmore
He single handedly keeping g league ignite in business. He's the only one that has been good. And even he had to be 3 years removed from that mess to start developing lol
He should play the 1
He is figuring out how to pay for all those kids for 18 years
He’s got old girl Draya holding him down. Parental figure, making him sandwiches and making sure he goes to bed at an appropriate time
OkC need to trade Giddey. He still has all star potential
JG is very young he basically came straight out of high school. I think as far as basketball time tables go he's ahead of schedule. If we compare him to similarly talented players, who hadn't full matured physically (TMac, Kobe, JR Smith) when they first came in the league.
He's trying to feed his Filipino family.
He's on a historic baby daddy pace. Might surpass DMX's record.
Jalen Green releasing his "demon seed" in Draya Michele has unleashed his DAWG. All hail Draya Michele.
More kids will make you better at work
First. Ha ha beat ya
Nah. He has had hot stretches like this in both his previous 2 seasons. Eventually he regresses again. The total season numbers/averages show the true colors. Zero growth season to season. That is truly remarkable.
He simply just had a kid
Can't believe old school guys are buying into this classic late season contract year shenanigans mirages
It’s not anybody’s contract year 🤡🤡🤡
Bro is leading the entire NBA in on/off impact since the ASB.
This isn't some young guard on a shitty team where the coaches give up and just "let them cook" while they are down 10-20 pts every night.
That might have been Green his first two years. definitely not now. The video doesn't even address his defensive leap also which is also mad impressive growth.
@Ivoryosby he's not eligible for a rookie extension this of off-season? 🤡
Its not a mirage when it directly results in nothing but wins.
@@davincerica7232he's eligible, but it's not the deadline. The Rockets have all of next season to figure out what they want to do.
