Yes, vests are generally a thin, shiny fabric on the back, as they're normally worn under a suit coat and won't be seen. And I'm guessing it's thin too because that would be cooler with many layers. Thanks for the review! This was great! I also just recently got the billie skirt on sale and I'm so glad I got it too. So adorable.
