For the sake of 3 10mm bolts why not remove the brake splash guard? Makes removing the inner bearing race easier. Great video.

Anyone notice when Nathan was explaining where to purchase the socket and 1/2” adapter online the video was interrupted by an O’Reilly auto parts commercial🤣🤣

If I’m just in need to change the outer bearing, is it required to change both? Curious if you changed the inner since you’re there anyways or if it’s common practice. Awesome vid!

Hi Nathan, Im looking to replace the brake dust shields on my M3. Now once you remove the main part of the bearing leaving the inner race on the shaft, will the main part of the bearing just slide back onto the shaft and onto the inner race without any problems. ? Cheers

Great vid! Can you advise which way the new bearing is meant to be pressed in? The new bearing kit i have has the same colour dust covers either side so i don’t know which side has the encoder in it for the ABS sensor to read. Can you help advise?

I am doing this. I put the new axle nut on & feared I over torqued it with the impact as it seemed a little stressed when I spin the bearing assembly. Is it possible to over tighten the axle nut crushing the bearings? I backed it off. Is it unsafe to put back on? It screwed on easier the second time. I never crimped the end yet.
    Thanks in advance.

Question about thread in wheel studs, in your experience is it safe to re-use studs installed on to older hubs or if we are replacing the hubs/bearings should we also get new studs?

So someone tried to drill out my axle nut at some point and pretty much just mashed it into the end of the axle there's absolutely no way it's being removed by turning any suggestions? I have a brand new axle and axle nut and I'm just about willing to replace anything just short of the knuckle LOL pretty much refreshing the entire suspension I already got the coilover kit adjustable this adjustable that just can't get the old axle off lol

Hey Nathan I had a question if you wouldn't mind answering I'd appreciate it.
It's about a different platform all together, I'm currently swapping injectors on 08 Bmw 335i e92 and wanted to know your recommendation on injector coding or setting the values on them and what tool would you use?

You didn't need to torque the bearing nut to a specific ft/lbs?
