Never really appreciated Dave until he stepped out of Nirvanas shadow. We truly seen how talented he was and writing and being a great musician. Always thought Prince was extremely talented in all he does. Good to see talent recognize talent.

Dave Grohl is such a nice guy Taylor Hawkins doesn't mind playing that mindnumbing beat for 7 minutes. The last minute was at least 100 people's "How I met your mother".

David pumped up the crowd then slow it down with that great story . Only to get pumped up again. To see Dave live and that close. You could tell he was having a great time ! Best show I have seen.
According to Kevin Smith's Prince story, EVERY room in Paisley Park was wired for sound. I'd bet that some record of this jam session was documented, and exists in "the vault" in some form. Just sayin'. Anyway, I hope that it becomes available some day. Wouldn't it be great if you visited "the Prince museum" (in person or on-line), and could select from a list/index of artists who jammed there with Prince. Then, you could listen/view that session(s) in a designated Listening Room. .Not just jam sessions, but also interviews, articles, films, etc. Miss him.
Kevin Smith came across looking like a jilted groupie for airing out his sour grapes. What he didn't mention in his story is that he had the same puffed-up attitude while he was filming around Prince and that's why he got treated the way that he did.
