Dave Grohl is such a nice guy Taylor Hawkins doesn't mind playing that mindnumbing beat for 7 minutes. The last minute was at least 100 people's "How I met your mother".
I love Dave Grohl because he's so kind, but we all have our idols. Prince and MJ were both amazing. Thank you Dave for giving recognition to Prince. 👍🥰👍🤗

Watching old nirvana interviews you kinda feel the annoyance and dislike dave had for kurt, especially one interview where dave is just staring at tge camera(you cant blame him since he was only getting 5%,and its pretty obvious thats the reason, along with him seeing how a mafia driven music biz killed his friend he was slowly not friends with anymore, is the reason why he will almost never discuss nirvana) ... Anyway you kinda see a 20th of that with taylors face during this... Like here we go again, like none of us dont have stories type thing.. 😂✌😏

Never really appreciated Dave until he stepped out of Nirvanas shadow. We truly seen how talented he was and writing and being a great musician. Always thought Prince was extremely talented in all he does. Good to see talent recognize talent.

blazinchalice Yes! That's beautiful indeed. I always tell myself kinda the same thing. Like when people pass away you feel you should've told them how you felt about them. The loving, kind words that you haven't said, because of some stupid reason. So I always (well, when the time and place is right of course) tell people they mean a lot to me. Let them know before it's too late :)
Casper van Helvoirt That's a good idea. By the way, I've been to Amsterdam once and I was impressed by how well Dutch people take care of their homes. I also spent a lot of time enjoying the tasteful local coffee shops.

i thought Prince didn't like Foo Fighters for covering Darling Nikki. But if they're cool together then it's awesome though.
Pretty sure Grohl got permission to cover the tune. Prince repaid the honor by covering Best of You at the Superbowl.
