Awesome video! On your seated rows, the the weight stretch your back (shoulders forward) then lift the chest and pull back leading with your elbows. You really are missing out on a lot of gains by not getting a good stretch. Also, I notice that it becomes more of a bicep movement too when I don’t get that big stretch.

I have almost 4 months of summer break and my number 1 goal is to get into a gym routine that I can carry out into next year but I'm not a gym girlie and never was (I played sports but we never did strength training and I've never done non guided workouts/exercise) so I have no idea where to start. also just want to learn discipline to help with school cause it was BAD, but anyway literally THEE perfect timing

haii azi! i am a beginner and am trying to build muscle, especially in my lower body but whenever I go to do core exercises I feel this odd like spasm in my core almost like a cold cramp in my stomach. has that ever happened to you and if so what are some ways I can stop it? love you girl! 💐🩷

8 days late but I made it…i do have a question how do u keep balance when using weights like the dumbbells ?im a beginner and I’m still trying not to be so wobbly when I’m lifting weights .I’m tying to tone my body and maintain healthy weight that’s my gym goal .
i filmed this video with the sony a7c camera body with a range of 3 different lenses. sony 12-24mm GM lens for wide shots along with the sony 14mm f1.8 GM lens. still gives a very wide shot but not as wide. footage towards the end that were more zoomed were filmed with the sony 24-105mm f/4 lens.
