You can see that these horses are well taken care of......their shiny coats! Well balanced meals and wonderful grooming ...........and, I noticed that Nanny is wearing eye shadow. Yesterday, I thought it would be a long time before Jenny could groom him. And there the both of you are the next day and he's so calm during his pampering session. He's a happy horse in your hands. NICK! Yes I’m here in Canada and horrified to see the human toll and property destruction that happened and the aftermath and cleanup and through all of that, all the “advancements!!!” “Technology!!” All has failed them but the donkeys, mulls & horses have come through beacons of hope to those cut off and unreachable! Hats off and hand on heart for those sweet creatures. Seeing search and rescue dogs and handlers finding the missing and washed away quite sobering

It is also pretty obvious that the horses you rescue survive because they have a companion who they care about and give them a reason to keep going and survive.
