Cool old truck man. I remember these when I was young. You're lucky you live out in the country too. Plenty of room for projects like these.
Yeah man I wouldn't survive living in town lol I have to much junk sitting around ð
I hope you do another video on this one, Iâd like to see you make it cosmetically look better using parts from the other truck and cleaning it up some.
Definitely going to do a follow up video on it, thinking about doing some more work to it and making it my little daily runaround
â@@rockatanskyrodshop8533You'll be happy with this little girl. Take good care of her, keep the engine oil, oil filter and air cleaner changed along with the gas filter, she'll run forever. Get a couple gallons of paint on bed liner, after that, spray paint the chassis, floor boards and underneath the bed, and get ready to sand her down, prime her up, sand the primer and get a nice quart or two of paint to paint this little girl with, you'll be happy with her, promisd you on that!!!!
Junk to driving in six days, you are a master mechanic.
Most of the time I just wing it lol
He comes by it honestly. It is in his DNA. His grandpa was gene Winfield's mechanic
Welcome back! I always enjoy your âJunk to Drivingâ projects. Cool old Datsun. ð
Thanks for watching ð, I thought it was cool too used to drive a long bed 78 datsun around, couldn't let this one go to waste
Great job on the 620, Jack, RI, USA
Thanks mate
Seems to go down the road pretty good ! ð
Not to bad
Me gustaron los rines blancos que le pusistes ððŧ me agrado
Well done! Looks so sharp
Thanks mate ð
Hell yeah nice video man!
what an awesome job, i was just curious, when its the the right time etc, are you going to strip the paint thats on it and go "total new paint" and color or keep it at the original color or let the internet pic the next color? i realize that truck is several years old and you put "new parts etc" in it, if i gave you a call and you said it was ready for a new customer like me, one how many years would you say it would stay in that excellent condition as i do the norm repairs etc on to give even more life, i mean that in a good way, cuz i want enjoy the "new ride times two"
wheels look good you know puddin stated his channel working on datsun pick ups
love me some puddin
I got those same wheels on my 620 in the same color lol
@@pnwDatsun cool, they look better than I thought they would on it
Hell yeah man that manifold looks good that paint on the block looks fresh too did you do that yourself?
@pnwDatsun yes sir the manifold is painted with flat black BBQ grill paint for high heat applications, the block was a krylon paint don't remember the color my wife picked it out, I need to get back to work on this little truck
@@rockatanskyrodshop8533 looks good man I enjoyed watching makes me want to spruce up my L20B
@pnwDatsun go for it! I did this whole build in 6 days these little trucks are so simple and fun to play with

i can smell that cigarette from here
Good ole camels ðŦ
What's wrong with the wheels and tires this truck already had on it?
The miss match junkyard wheels that were on it before the white spokes ? The tires were rotten and the wheels didn't match, I had this matching set of the other truck and they were still 14s so that's what it got
Excelente video pero se te ve muy mal fumando en camaras
Yer Zippo needs a new wick.
Yeah that poor zippo is about wore out lol
Love this little Datsun/Nissan truck here! Hope you don't go lowering it to the ground and putting those ugly wagon wheels and thin tires on this beautiful looking truck.
No that's not my style, I think the 620 is a gorgeous truck all that mess just ruins them, so no worries she's staying mostly stock ð
â@@rockatanskyrodshop8533Can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH! This wagon wheel and thin tire craze is totally hideous along with this lowering it to the ground stuff. I appreciate your responce and keeping this truck in stock condition.
