Yes, the attacking animations on the larger weapons is not good :( In order to make the weapons as vanilla-friendly as possible it was a necessary tradeoff. Basically the game only like 16x resolution textures for vanilla tools otherwise you get that weird swing. You did catch a few bugs that others have reported. I am happy to list below all of the fixes we already have ready to ship! Update is just waiting Mojang approval! :) 1. Halberd/Spear damage corrected to intended values 2. Halberd/Spear not allowing interaction with interactable blocks fixed 3. Added proper delay to a few V2 Sword abilities that could cause crashes/lag 4. Updated primary melee damage of all V2 Swords to intended values 5. Gladius sweeping strike ability not always working correctly fixed 6. All Tools will properly have durability (YAY!) 7. Damage numbers displayed on Weapons (this is not a perfect solution as you'll see but it's much better) 8. Cutlass behavior that was breaking halberd/greatsword behavior when switched to them after holding the cutlass fixed 9. Pickaxes were not effective against a few specific blocks/stairs/slabs, this has been fixed. I'll also expand on some of the nuance. Cryo tools and weapons will apply slowness to hit mobs. Flame tools and weapons have permanent fire aspect. Flame tools also have the ability to immediately smelt mined blocks. The club will knock enemies back when hit but the Iron Golem is a heavy boy and he will not be affected :P Also Iron Golem vanilla behavior doesn't let them take fall damage! Every weapon has a unique ability of sorts. Khopesh will deal more damage to unarmored mobs, daggers are super effective against farm animals, and yes the mace stuns/freezes mobs hit! (it also does increased damage to Nether mobs) The Cryo V2 sword will freeze all the mobs around you with its ability as well :D Happy to answer any questions anyone may have!

I'm really sick of mods placing "emerald" as being more powerful/rare than diamond. It always just means Finding a village and trading carrots and potatoes until you have better-than-diamond gear, bypassing half of progression
@@hypetheman4659 But it's not rarer. The ORE is rarer but If you spawn close to a village you can get several stacks of emeralds within an hour of starting the game. Netherite makes sense because in order to get it you have to travel to a dangerous area and mine and then combine with gold. To get emerald all you need to do is trade a villager

I love these add-ons but mojang needs to allow people to make new dimensions, we need a new endgame because if minecraft is already easy to people then these add-ons make it easier, there also needs to be custom biomes, that can only spawn or can spawn custom mobs that are harder than any mid-game or end-game mobs, showing that you must progress to come here, like terraria or an rpg
Really just want a balanced add-on. Adding overpowered gear is cool and all...but there is nothing to fight with said overpowered gear. All the boss add-ons are pretty tame and easy, or they spam mobs way too much...I wish there was a healthy inbetween.
There's a addon which lets you craft only amethyst tools and weapons they have no super power and they are meant to be in-between iron and diamond you can add iron to make it hematite which is the alternative to diamond tools

damaging tools durability isn't out of bedrock limitations!!! It's actually the creator limitations, there's alot of stuff that is available in minecraft but not everyone knows about it.
It was a limitation when we originally created and submitted the content! Happy to let everyone know that with the bug fixes we'll be correcting from launch, tool durability has also been added! Expect this be normal very very soon :)
You can customise destroying speed time for your custom blocks, you can do that using Javascript or block.json itself, damaging tools & armor durability can be done easily with Javascript and if you want the code just tell me, i could be useful on making your add-on better, but you did a great job with the add-on, i liked it.
18:22 Iron Golems don't take fall damage. I discovered that from random Iron Golems falling from my sky-high Villager Trading ship on my realm. They now litter the area beneath. At least until I finally get around to building a way to dispose of them automatically.
16:24 That is typically pronounced Co- (like the word coworker and cooperative) -pesh (like the word pest but with sh instead of st). It is an Egyptian sword. But the item that is given to you is too short. It's more of a sickle. the Khopesh has a blade that angles forward and curves backwards, which was designed for the purpose of catching and pulling away enemy shields and weapons. yet the blade of the Khopesh is much longer and less circular. It's a really cool weapon. I like it a lot.
Exactly! I will say we were limited with the resolution and did want it to stand out compared to the rest which is why the curve ended up being really pronounced. Definitely not against refurbishing them later :)

I dont know man most of these Weapon addons are way too game breakingly op like where are the higher hp mobs if you're gonna create a 50 damage sword that can be enchanted until it reaches 150+ more damage
The most powerful weapon in our Add-On does 17 base melee damage and that's the Demon V2 Sword. :) Yes, its ability over time does more than that but we are considering this super end-game weapon an exception to the overall design strategy of this Add-On!

Now what I need is an add on that keeps track of my add ons specially all these extra ore combos I need an identification to pop up when looking at one of these new random ores and maybe a break list of what can break them so I don’t need to run to a guide book while mining

A lot in this add on and the designs are cool. I like that it is progression based but I just don’t feel so many different armors or weapons in a world so it is an add on that really interests me. Keep up the amazing content! Hope you are having a fantastic weekend! Take care.
As a warning: The Dragon pickaxe (that mines bedrock) does in fact mine away the bedrock but you are given "fake bedrock". In your inventory it says "Bedrock" but when placed in the Storage Drawers addon's drawers the label says "Fake Bedrock". I would have never known if I didn't have that other addon.
The dragon armor being obtainable throw obsidian seems bit busted and so does the cryo from ice. Id chance it so Crying Obsidian gives you the ore since its harder to come by and as for cryo it should only drop from blue ice and even then rarely.
We're taking every balance comment into consideration. These specific materials have been discussed internally and I would expect a balance for these at some point. Just waiting for more feedback like this to see how people feel 👍

I really like this addon, it has great ideas, so congratulations to the developers for their amazing work. But I have found some details that would need to be improved, the two most important in my opinion are that the new weapons show the amount of damage they do when you hover the mouse over them; and when you craft common tools but made of new materials, for example a copper shovel, they perform the action assigned to the right click. I really hope they improve the addon with future updates, because I think it has great potential.
We're glad you like it! We are working on the damage numbers. Originally wasn't included in order for a tradeoff of item name translating but we are now leaning towards the numbers being more valuable than that. Good catch on the shovel, we're adding that in. We did make sure axes and hoes performed their interact actions but definitely forgot shovels. Our bad!
I'm just going to note the fact that he actually misused the clubs by attacking a golem with them because golems don't take knockback. the clubs Will send any other mob that can take knockback flying they are very useful for creepers, The Nether and Skyblock Now that I watch more of the video I see that he misused quite a few of those the copesh will deal more damage to any unarmored enemies. The mace if I remember correctly will deal more damage to undead enemies and stun enemies. both the The halberd and the spear will increase your attack range but only the The halberd Will slow you down. The greatsword will cause a bleed effect and deals the most damage out of all of these New weapons. The knife increases damage against farm animals, even a stone one will one shot most of them and increase your speed. Any weapons made of glowstone will glow. They're effectively a light source along with being a weapon. And the gladius will damage any enemy within a close range of an enemy you just struck. It says a sweeping motion but that isn't exactly how it's acting
You nailed it! Couple of things to clear up though. Right now only the upgraded v2 Glowstone Sword glows. Although expect this to change in the next major update. We call the gladius ability a "Sweeping Strike" it's not exactly Sweeping Edge, but as close as we can get without making it inconsistent in its performance. :) (it was improved since this video too. it works as we intended now) Glad you see all the uniqueness we built in :D
We have designed this with balance in mind and have heard great feedback from people being overall happy with the balance! The focus was to add unique weapons at every stage of the game including early, mid, late, and post-game! The weapon damage and armor all fall in line with the current vanilla tier system. We use the vanilla swords as the base of all the damage of the weapons. Most weapons are the same damage as this, but some are less and some are more (by 1-2 points in any direction) Weapon abilities are niche but give some value to use other than a vanilla sword. Spears will do 1 less damage than swords but you get increased range to your attacks! Gladius' will do a 'sweeping edge' style attack, and greatswords will cause a 'bleed' effect. Furthermore, some later tier materials also have benefits. Flame adds fire aspect to all weapons/tools and this includes instant smelting when breaking blocks with the tools! We certainly have post-game materials that are better than Netherite, but there's only 2! and they require Netherite to obtain them :) Happy to answer any questions about the balance. But we think you'll find that there's content spread throughout your entire survival experience and the balance is in a good state. We have already done some more balancing where appropriate based on feedback and aren't afraid to do more if it makes sense!
In my opinion so don't we need more material types, if mojang adds a new material than alright fair-game but the issue is that if you add more ores in a add-on so will it only be with that add-on and it will cause compatibility issues due to add ons being with their own resources. If i could create/implement a feture into the base game so would i add trims to weapons to add the ability to change the model of an tool (Axe into battle axe or sword into katana)
So after playing with this add on for a few days it’s great! It makes copper useful!!! Early game instead of stone to iron copper has filled that roll, I am in a realm with many ppl and getting iron armor for everyone was impossible but copper was more doable and we even had moments where people were going to look for copper
More Tools is a World, this is an Add-On (can be applied to new or existing worlds). Otherwise both are good and can excellent when combined! There is some overlap (in things like emerald tools) but even the weapons differ in both pieces of content so they complement each other very well!
@4KSStudios what's the percent of a divine block turning into a demon block, also Im pretty sure fortune doesn't work on these two blocks, I tested it it on a creative world and got more divine shards without fortune.
I’m having the worst luck getting divine blocks to turn into demon blocks. I’ve had to blow up well over a stack by now and haven’t got a single demon ore

You need Netherite first to get to Divine and Divine to get to Demon! But yes lots more options in the middle ground overall you could use or skip. Up to you!
Only thing i hate is that certain items dont have durability. Making it a one and done when made. Rather then reason to grind them. Diamond durability would be fine as .ax durability for higher tier items.
@@4KSStudios Also, I've been making a castle and have noticed the pickaxes do not mine stone bricks. Also, durability seems very low for some of the higher-tier picaxes.

13 weapons are unique and overpowered. A vast majority of this Add-On literally is just spears n stuff! The overpowered gear is end-game anyway and intentionally difficult to craft! This pack is designed primarily to add balanced material types and weapons into the game while giving each unique weapon (like a spear) some different aspect that a default sword doesn't offer. Like our spears grant you extended range to attack enemies! Happy to answer any other questions too!
Been playing around and it's pretty neat, the weapon variety is pretty solid. It's mostly balanced between the different weapons, however I will say that daggers could probably use a nerf.
@@bacon7112 In what way? They provide a clear bonus for very specific non-hostile mobs otherwise they're generally weak we think. 🤔Always open to ideas if we can get some more insight on what you think here!

ok this is weird. so i went and bought more packs the uncrafter pack, essentials pack and stuff it pack. and the missing book for detectore pack showed up in my inventory. along with the stuff it, uncrafter, and essentials books. but i got a not along with my essentials book. note says (essentials note, keep inventory command does not work with essentials. to edit keep inventory, use admin remote item (creative mode only) i am and have always played survival only so im not sure what this all means will the pack not work or do i have to play my 11 year world on creative ? and what i should do ? hopefully someone has a fix thx. and still no book for the marker pack starting to wonder if it even comes with one ?
@@linovieira5044 they fixed it so keep inventory can be out or on you dont need to change it with admin remote the admin remote has other funktions now and theres new stuff in essentials
At the moment, Combine Ores is the only addon with blaster-style ranged weapons. A couple of security addons have a blaster pistol but the damage was pretty low for them
few bugs like demon pickaxe is supposedly the best in the game but it’s durability is shit, a regular diamond pickaxe durability lasts way longer, also have a full set of prot 4 demon armour and get put down to 2 hearts when being hit once with a demonic v2 sword, that’s without enchantments. i’d say a sharpness 5 demonic v2 sword will 1 shot you even whilst wearing prot 4 demon armour which is just silly.
Will double check durability for Demon Tools. Should be *much* higher than diamond. (Diamond is 1561. We gave Demon 2800) Armor values were not being calculated so weapons currently ignore armor on players. There was a misunderstanding on our part where the game isn't doing the math to reduce the damage. We had to manually add in all these calculations. You'll see that update come out soon when it passes content review (hopefully out next week but we can't control the review time) :) Edit: I do think something is wrong with durability. going to get that fixed. thanks for lettings us know!
I have this add on I spent 15 Minecraft days trying to get the demon shards , there so hard to get 💀 The hardest part about the add on is getting the divine shards. To get them you have to explode DIAMOND BLOCKS you need at least a stack of them to get around 20 shards, then you have to craft the shards into divine blocks and explode those to get demon shards. So 1 demon shard is worth almost 30 diamonds 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀😈💀💀 (Also I found a glitch were if you explode the diamond blocks and some transform into divine you can still keep the diamond blocks that exploded. I think I should call it the divine dupe glitch lol) Edit: I forgot to mention that you need to get bedrock pickaxe to mine the demon blocks / divine blocks , BUT to get bedrock you need the dragon pickaxe and to get the dragon pickaxe you need 3 dragon ingots ANND to get 3 dragon ingots you need 12 dragon scraps and 12 diamonds ANNND to get 12 dragon scraps you need to break obsidian and get the 40% drop rate from it ANNNND TO GET THE DIAMOND YOU HAVE TO just break diamond ore that part ain’t that hard lol, BUT to break the obsidian you need a diamond pickaxe BBUT to get the diamond pickaxe you need 3 diamonds and 2 sticks BUUT TO GET THE STICKS YOU NEED 2 WOODEN PLANKS BUT TO GET THE WOODEN PLANKS YOU HAVE TO BREAK NATURAL LOGS. We like to think our Add-On was designed with the primary intent of having more options and not just OP gear. Yes, the end-game varieties become quite strong but all of our main new weapons are balanced around the vanilla tier system. Happy to answer any questions you may have about it!

Demon armor did not get nerfed. If you think something is off with it, let us know we'll check it out! Enchantments will not affect ability damage, just base weapon damage. Glad you're enjoying it! :D
@@dazed1558 Should be standard game notation to add +6 (rounds down from 6.25 actual) The only non-vanilla behavior here is that for our Custom Damage display doesn't combine with the extra display for the enchant. So you would combine the 2 values seen to see actual damage! Happy to answer any further questions :)

Do you know if there is a way to hide the effect particles when you use a full set of armor? In Java you can just hide it in the settings. To have the particles all the time makes me not wanna use them at all. And that makes the addon kinda pointless.
The strongest Material for both weapons and armor is Demon. The strongest weapon is the Demon Sword V2 it deals +16 damage base which can be improved via crits and enchants. It also has a powerful secondary ability that does about 80 damage over time to affected mobs. The Demon Armor set has a combined total of 30 armor points (the UI will not display more armor than diamond/netherite, however it is still applied)
@@KennanCasperson We didn't feel like maxing out anything on the first go around! Saving space for V2 armor as well as just better gear in the future :)
Craft and place down some diamond blocks then blow them up with TNT! They have a small chance to transform into divine blocks! Then blow up the divine blocks for a small chance to transform into Demon Blocks!
yo can you put a bit more substance into your reviews? I'm trying to learn everything these weapons do, like the spear and the khopesh before I purchase this mod, and I would have appreciated a bit more of a view of that book. Otherwise, good video
Spear gives you increased range in your attacks and Khopesh does more damage to mobs without armor. Cutlass gives you the ability to double jump, Greatswords cause bleed! Can answer any questions you have!
I love how somehow copper is better than iron, lapis is better tha anathyst, and cryo (the one where literally all you need to do is beak ice) is somehow steonger than everything else. These mods have the most wack orogression systems ever
Copper is actually basically the same as iron. the only difference is the chestplate is slightly better. Lapis and Amethyst are also practically the exact same (like actually). We are working to change the crafting of Cryo and Flame because those are disproportionately easy to obtain for their strength. Reason is these were originally weak, but we moved them to be stronger before release because after analyzing our balance tiers there was simply too much content at the 'iron' tier. More balance will come don't worry!

Airdrop is an interesting Addon but not perfect for example there are effects that if the Addon uses them you will no longer be able to use them in your world if it is not with the Addon example night vision does not let me use a position yes or if I must use his glasses what they release the Airdrop to be able to use night vision in the world otherwise it could not be

Appreciate the thorough review Ecko! Yes, the attacking animations on the larger weapons is not good :( In order to make the weapons as vanilla-friendly as possible it was a necessary tradeoff. Basically the game only like 16x resolution textures for vanilla tools otherwise you get that weird swing. You did catch a few bugs that others have reported. I am happy to list below all of the fixes we already have ready to ship! Update is just waiting Mojang approval! :)
1. Halberd/Spear damage corrected to intended values
2. Halberd/Spear not allowing interaction with interactable blocks fixed
3. Added proper delay to a few V2 Sword abilities that could cause crashes/lag
4. Updated primary melee damage of all V2 Swords to intended values
5. Gladius sweeping strike ability not always working correctly fixed
6. All Tools will properly have durability (YAY!)
7. Damage numbers displayed on Weapons (this is not a perfect solution as you'll see but it's much better)
8. Cutlass behavior that was breaking halberd/greatsword behavior when switched to them after holding the cutlass fixed
9. Pickaxes were not effective against a few specific blocks/stairs/slabs, this has been fixed.
I'll also expand on some of the nuance. Cryo tools and weapons will apply slowness to hit mobs. Flame tools and weapons have permanent fire aspect. Flame tools also have the ability to immediately smelt mined blocks. The club will knock enemies back when hit but the Iron Golem is a heavy boy and he will not be affected :P Also Iron Golem vanilla behavior doesn't let them take fall damage! Every weapon has a unique ability of sorts. Khopesh will deal more damage to unarmored mobs, daggers are super effective against farm animals, and yes the mace stuns/freezes mobs hit! (it also does increased damage to Nether mobs) The Cryo V2 sword will freeze all the mobs around you with its ability as well :D

I'm really sick of mods placing "emerald" as being more powerful/rare than diamond.
It always just means Finding a village and trading carrots and potatoes until you have better-than-diamond gear, bypassing half of progression

@@hypetheman4659 But it's not rarer. The ORE is rarer but If you spawn close to a village you can get several stacks of emeralds within an hour of starting the game.
Netherite makes sense because in order to get it you have to travel to a dangerous area and mine and then combine with gold.
To get emerald all you need to do is trade a villager

I love these add-ons but mojang needs to allow people to make new dimensions, we need a new endgame because if minecraft is already easy to people then these add-ons make it easier, there also needs to be custom biomes, that can only spawn or can spawn custom mobs that are harder than any mid-game or end-game mobs, showing that you must progress to come here, like terraria or an rpg

Adding overpowered gear is cool and all...but there is nothing to fight with said overpowered gear.
All the boss add-ons are pretty tame and easy, or they spam mobs way too much...I wish there was a healthy inbetween.

There's a addon which lets you craft only amethyst tools and weapons they have no super power and they are meant to be in-between iron and diamond you can add iron to make it hematite which is the alternative to diamond tools

damaging tools durability isn't out of bedrock limitations!!!
It's actually the creator limitations, there's alot of stuff that is available in minecraft but not everyone knows about it.
It was a limitation when we originally created and submitted the content! Happy to let everyone know that with the bug fixes we'll be correcting from launch, tool durability has also been added! Expect this be normal very very soon :)

You can customise destroying speed time for your custom blocks, you can do that using Javascript or block.json itself, damaging tools & armor durability can be done easily with Javascript and if you want the code just tell me, i could be useful on making your add-on better, but you did a great job with the add-on, i liked it.
18:22 Iron Golems don't take fall damage. I discovered that from random Iron Golems falling from my sky-high Villager Trading ship on my realm. They now litter the area beneath. At least until I finally get around to building a way to dispose of them automatically.
16:24 That is typically pronounced Co- (like the word coworker and cooperative) -pesh (like the word pest but with sh instead of st). It is an Egyptian sword. But the item that is given to you is too short. It's more of a sickle. the Khopesh has a blade that angles forward and curves backwards, which was designed for the purpose of catching and pulling away enemy shields and weapons. yet the blade of the Khopesh is much longer and less circular. It's a really cool weapon. I like it a lot.
Exactly! I will say we were limited with the resolution and did want it to stand out compared to the rest which is why the curve ended up being really pronounced. Definitely not against refurbishing them later :)

I dont know man most of these Weapon addons are way too game breakingly op like where are the higher hp mobs if you're gonna create a 50 damage sword that can be enchanted until it reaches 150+ more damage
The most powerful weapon in our Add-On does 17 base melee damage and that's the Demon V2 Sword. :) Yes, its ability over time does more than that but we are considering this super end-game weapon an exception to the overall design strategy of this Add-On!

Sorry but enchants don’t work on these weapons
The enchants act as an extra hit if possible can the enchants be combined with the weapon damage instead of it being a separate hit
A lot in this add on and the designs are cool. I like that it is progression based but I just don’t feel so many different armors or weapons in a world so it is an add on that really interests me. Keep up the amazing content! Hope you are having a fantastic weekend! Take care.

As a warning:
The Dragon pickaxe (that mines bedrock) does in fact mine away the bedrock but you are given "fake bedrock". In your inventory it says "Bedrock" but when placed in the Storage Drawers addon's drawers the label says "Fake Bedrock". I would have never known if I didn't have that other addon.
I'm surprised that dragon pickaxe is the only way to break 4th wall of bedrock.
The dragon armor being obtainable throw obsidian seems bit busted and so does the cryo from ice.
Id chance it so Crying Obsidian gives you the ore since its harder to come by and as for cryo it should only drop from blue ice and even then rarely.
We're taking every balance comment into consideration. These specific materials have been discussed internally and I would expect a balance for these at some point. Just waiting for more feedback like this to see how people feel 👍

I really like this addon, it has great ideas, so congratulations to the developers for their amazing work. But I have found some details that would need to be improved, the two most important in my opinion are that the new weapons show the amount of damage they do when you hover the mouse over them; and when you craft common tools but made of new materials, for example a copper shovel, they perform the action assigned to the right click. I really hope they improve the addon with future updates, because I think it has great potential.
We're glad you like it! We are working on the damage numbers. Originally wasn't included in order for a tradeoff of item name translating but we are now leaning towards the numbers being more valuable than that. Good catch on the shovel, we're adding that in. We did make sure axes and hoes performed their interact actions but definitely forgot shovels. Our bad!

I'm just going to note the fact that he actually misused the clubs by attacking a golem with them because golems don't take knockback. the clubs Will send any other mob that can take knockback flying they are very useful for creepers, The Nether and Skyblock
Now that I watch more of the video I see that he misused quite a few of those the copesh will deal more damage to any unarmored enemies. The mace if I remember correctly will deal more damage to undead enemies and stun enemies. both the The halberd and the spear will increase your attack range but only the The halberd Will slow you down. The greatsword will cause a bleed effect and deals the most damage out of all of these New weapons. The knife increases damage against farm animals, even a stone one will one shot most of them and increase your speed. Any weapons made of glowstone will glow. They're effectively a light source along with being a weapon. And the gladius will damage any enemy within a close range of an enemy you just struck. It says a sweeping motion but that isn't exactly how it's acting
You nailed it! Couple of things to clear up though. Right now only the upgraded v2 Glowstone Sword glows. Although expect this to change in the next major update. We call the gladius ability a "Sweeping Strike" it's not exactly Sweeping Edge, but as close as we can get without making it inconsistent in its performance. :) (it was improved since this video too. it works as we intended now)

We have designed this with balance in mind and have heard great feedback from people being overall happy with the balance! The focus was to add unique weapons at every stage of the game including early, mid, late, and post-game! The weapon damage and armor all fall in line with the current vanilla tier system. We use the vanilla swords as the base of all the damage of the weapons. Most weapons are the same damage as this, but some are less and some are more (by 1-2 points in any direction)
Weapon abilities are niche but give some value to use other than a vanilla sword. Spears will do 1 less damage than swords but you get increased range to your attacks! Gladius' will do a 'sweeping edge' style attack, and greatswords will cause a 'bleed' effect.
Furthermore, some later tier materials also have benefits. Flame adds fire aspect to all weapons/tools and this includes instant smelting when breaking blocks with the tools!
We certainly have post-game materials that are better than Netherite, but there's only 2! and they require Netherite to obtain them :)
Happy to answer any questions about the balance. But we think you'll find that there's content spread throughout your entire survival experience and the balance is in a good state. We have already done some more balancing where appropriate based on feedback and aren't afraid to do more if it makes sense!

In my opinion so don't we need more material types, if mojang adds a new material than alright fair-game but the issue is that if you add more ores in a add-on so will it only be with that add-on and it will cause compatibility issues due to add ons being with their own resources.
If i could create/implement a feture into the base game so would i add trims to weapons to add the ability to change the model of an tool (Axe into battle axe or sword into katana)

So after playing with this add on for a few days it’s great! It makes copper useful!!! Early game instead of stone to iron copper has filled that roll, I am in a realm with many ppl and getting iron armor for everyone was impossible but copper was more doable and we even had moments where people were going to look for copper

More Tools is a World, this is an Add-On (can be applied to new or existing worlds). Otherwise both are good and can excellent when combined! There is some overlap (in things like emerald tools) but even the weapons differ in both pieces of content so they complement each other very well!

@4KSStudios what's the percent of a divine block turning into a demon block, also Im pretty sure fortune doesn't work on these two blocks, I tested it it on a creative world and got more divine shards without fortune.
@@Boanine This was intentional. The drop rates fall in a set range and you can get lucky and get more sometimes whereas other times you get less.

You need Netherite first to get to Divine and Divine to get to Demon!
But yes lots more options in the middle ground overall you could use or skip. Up to you!

Only thing i hate is that certain items dont have durability. Making it a one and done when made. Rather then reason to grind them. Diamond durability would be fine as .ax durability for higher tier items.
This is being fixed in the next hotfix! :D everything will have durability!

If you use silk touch you can still get the gems from the ore and the ore block so you can replace the ore block to get more

13 weapons are unique and overpowered. A vast majority of this Add-On literally is just spears n stuff! The overpowered gear is end-game anyway and intentionally difficult to craft! This pack is designed primarily to add balanced material types and weapons into the game while giving each unique weapon (like a spear) some different aspect that a default sword doesn't offer. Like our spears grant you extended range to attack enemies!

Been playing around and it's pretty neat, the weapon variety is pretty solid. It's mostly balanced between the different weapons, however I will say that daggers could probably use a nerf.

hey bud i hope you can help me out i bought the detectore pack and the marker pack and cant find books for them what am i missing here thx
ok this is weird. so i went and bought more packs the uncrafter pack, essentials pack and stuff it pack. and the missing book for detectore pack showed up in my inventory. along with the stuff it, uncrafter, and essentials books. but i got a not along with my essentials book. note says (essentials note, keep inventory command does not work with essentials. to edit keep inventory, use admin remote item (creative mode only) i am and have always played survival only so im not sure what this all means will the pack not work or do i have to play my 11 year world on creative ? and what i should do ? hopefully someone has a fix thx. and still no book for the marker pack starting to wonder if it even comes with one ?

At the moment, Combine Ores is the only addon with blaster-style ranged weapons. A couple of security addons have a blaster pistol but the damage was pretty low for them
few bugs like demon pickaxe is supposedly the best in the game but it’s durability is shit, a regular diamond pickaxe durability lasts way longer, also have a full set of prot 4 demon armour and get put down to 2 hearts when being hit once with a demonic v2 sword, that’s without enchantments. i’d say a sharpness 5 demonic v2 sword will 1 shot you even whilst wearing prot 4 demon armour which is just silly.
Will double check durability for Demon Tools. Should be *much* higher than diamond. (Diamond is 1561. We gave Demon 2800) Armor values were not being calculated so weapons currently ignore armor on players. There was a misunderstanding on our part where the game isn't doing the math to reduce the damage. We had to manually add in all these calculations. You'll see that update come out soon when it passes content review (hopefully out next week but we can't control the review time) :)
Edit: I do think something is wrong with durability. going to get that fixed. thanks for lettings us know!

I have this add on I spent 15 Minecraft days trying to get the demon shards , there so hard to get 💀
The hardest part about the add on is getting the divine shards. To get them you have to explode DIAMOND BLOCKS you need at least a stack of them to get around 20 shards, then you have to craft the shards into divine blocks and explode those to get demon shards. So 1 demon shard is worth almost 30 diamonds 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀😈💀💀
(Also I found a glitch were if you explode the diamond blocks and some transform into divine you can still keep the diamond blocks that exploded. I think I should call it the divine dupe glitch lol)
Edit: I forgot to mention that you need to get bedrock pickaxe to mine the demon blocks / divine blocks , BUT to get bedrock you need the dragon pickaxe and to get the dragon pickaxe you need 3 dragon ingots ANND to get 3 dragon ingots you need 12 dragon scraps and 12 diamonds ANNND to get 12 dragon scraps you need to break obsidian and get the 40% drop rate from it ANNNND TO GET THE DIAMOND YOU HAVE TO just break diamond ore that part ain’t that hard lol, BUT to break the obsidian you need a diamond pickaxe BBUT to get the diamond pickaxe you need 3 diamonds and 2 sticks BUUT TO GET THE STICKS YOU NEED 2 WOODEN PLANKS BUT TO GET THE WOODEN PLANKS YOU HAVE TO BREAK NATURAL LOGS. Anyone know of armor/weapons add ons that just provide more options? Not super OP gear? I just want options not god mode...any suggestions appreciated
We like to think our Add-On was designed with the primary intent of having more options and not just OP gear. Yes, the end-game varieties become quite strong but all of our main new weapons are balanced around the vanilla tier system. Happy to answer any questions you may have about it!

@4KSStudios i have a couple questions did the demon armor get nerfed and will enchantments on v2 weapons affect the skill damage ? and i love the pack its added alot of fun to my server besides lastnight i blew my buddies realm up with the dragon sword
Demon armor did not get nerfed. If you think something is off with it, let us know we'll check it out! Enchantments will not affect ability damage, just base weapon damage. Glad you're enjoying it! :D

@@dazed1558 Should be standard game notation to add +6 (rounds down from 6.25 actual) The only non-vanilla behavior here is that for our Custom Damage display doesn't combine with the extra display for the enchant. So you would combine the 2 values seen to see actual damage! Happy to answer any further questions :)

Sorry, we have not been good at adding patch notes to our Add-Ons. Here's a list of everything fixed in the last 2 updates. We have one more coming I'll add those notes at the end:
Update 1:
1. Halberd/Spear damage corrected to intended values
2. Halberd/Spear not allowing interaction with interactable blocks fixed
3. Added proper delay to a few V2 Sword abilities that could cause crashes/lag
4. Updated primary melee damage of all V2 Swords to intended values
5. Gladius sweeping strike ability not always working correctly fixed
6. All Tools will properly have durability
7. Damage numbers displayed on Weapons (this is not a perfect solution as you'll see but it's much better)
8. Cutlass behavior that was breaking halberd/greatsword behavior when switched to them after holding the cutlass fixed
9. Pickaxes were not effective against a few specific blocks/stairs/slabs, this has been fixed.
10. Khopesh damage balance
11. Weapon damage correction across the board
Update 2:
1. tool/weapons will now be destroyed when breaking blocks (they were losing durability but unable to fully break when breaking blocks)
2. increased Diamond (+1) and Netherite (+2) Bow damage
3. Fixed the recipe for Divine Sword V2
Next update:
1. Added in Armor calculation to damage for proper pvp compatibility (didn't realize we had to do this manually at first. whoops)
2. Flame tools durability fixed (somehow just missed this entire set. facepalm)
3. Modified recipes for Divine Weapons/Gear and Demon Weapons/Gear to match the upgrade path similar to the current armor recipes (Netherite Item + Divine Shard = Divine, Divine Item + Demon Shard = Demon Item)

Do you know if there is a way to hide the effect particles when you use a full set of armor? In Java you can just hide it in the settings. To have the particles all the time makes me not wanna use them at all. And that makes the addon kinda pointless.
We're looking to remove particles from Armor Sets in our next content update (not a bug fix update. but the next big update) 👍

Absolutely!
What is the strongest armor and the strongest weapon?
The strongest Material for both weapons and armor is Demon. The strongest weapon is the Demon Sword V2 it deals +16 damage base which can be improved via crits and enchants. It also has a powerful secondary ability that does about 80 damage over time to affected mobs. The Demon Armor set has a combined total of 30 armor points (the UI will not display more armor than diamond/netherite, however it is still applied)

Craft and place down some diamond blocks then blow them up with TNT! They have a small chance to transform into divine blocks! Then blow up the divine blocks for a small chance to transform into Demon Blocks!
yo can you put a bit more substance into your reviews? I'm trying to learn everything these weapons do, like the spear and the khopesh before I purchase this mod, and I would have appreciated a bit more of a view of that book. Otherwise, good video
Spear gives you increased range in your attacks and Khopesh does more damage to mobs without armor. Cutlass gives you the ability to double jump, Greatswords cause bleed! Can answer any questions you have!
I love how somehow copper is better than iron, lapis is better tha anathyst, and cryo (the one where literally all you need to do is beak ice) is somehow steonger than everything else. These mods have the most wack orogression systems ever
Copper is actually basically the same as iron. the only difference is the chestplate is slightly better. Lapis and Amethyst are also practically the exact same (like actually).
We are working to change the crafting of Cryo and Flame because those are disproportionately easy to obtain for their strength. Reason is these were originally weak, but we moved them to be stronger before release because after analyzing our balance tiers there was simply too much content at the 'iron' tier.
More balance will come don't worry!
