R170 SLK Front Speaker Replacement

literally can not get the thing apart, no idea what glue is in there but there is absolute no way to get it done

Persevere my friend. The top part pries off by jamming a screwdriver between the metal speaker edge and the plastic innner.
Then find the notch as per the video and pry the speaker out of the housing - a sharp knife will help, but brute force is the answer!
