Thanks Adam. I'm hoping to do a couple of long distance walks later in the year so will be filming a few more local walks to practice my techniques. Got a drone this week which should be fun but have only flown it indoors so far as it is far too windy outside at the moment!
Thanks for the video - even with the mud and the muck it looks a fantastic place to explore. You really captured the wild weather and the open landscape with the beautiful colours. I can't wait to get back to the Hebrides again . Thank you. :-)
Many thanks for taking the time to comment, much appreciated. I'm hoping to do some more local videos when the current typical Hebridean weather improves!
This was filmed right outside my front door so is not really representative of the wilder parts of Lewis but the coast just a few miles further on is stunning. I would agree that the mountains of Harris and the beaches there are more spectacular but there are some great mountains in Lewis over Uig way and some of the Lewis coast is much more dramatic. The beauty is that within a couple of hours drive you can enjoy the best of both islands. Thanks for your interest.
One of the most beautiful places on earth I've ever been and I've seen a lot of it. Thank you for letting me share your walk.
Thanks for your words. I probably don't realise how lucky I am to live here.
Nice, gives one a good impression of the Outer Hebrides, thank you
Thanks Richard! I'm hoping to film a walk around the Point coastline soon so look out for that.
Les, this is fantastic! Great to see Swordale again. Keep the videos coming!

Lewis is beautiful, but... I would miss being among trees. Maybe Harriscwith it’s higher hills could be more attractive?
