- Here is my complete surgery review for shelf exams and step 2 (USMLE and COMLEX). I hope you enjoy!
PLEASE NOTE!!!! **I MADE ONE MISTAKE IN THIS VIDEO!!! The most common cause of osteomyelitis in sickle cell patients is STAPH AUREUS AND SALMONELLA -- NOT NOT PSEUDOMONAS!!!!!!!!!!**

Love your videos! Wanted to clarify... is the most common cause of osteomyelitis in sickle cell patients pseudomonas or salmonella? Video states pseudomonas but sketchy said salmonella ;__;
