Something I have seen on practice tests.. They sometimes refer to Still's Disease as Systemic Juvenile idiopathic arthritis as an answer choice

I got this directly from an old NBME form
PaO2 is normal but SpO2 is decreased and doesn’t improve with oxygen administration.
