I'm 76 years old and I have never seen one person with that many individual skills. I've been watching basketball since I was young. I've never seen anything like him. ENJOY I T NOW. He's a country boy who loves horses. If he plays six more years.....we'll be lucky. He'll be back in Serbia with his family and his horses. He doesn't need us.... so we should all enjoy him while he's here!!!! WE LOVE JOKER!!!! IT'S JUST AMAZING HOW YOU PLAY THIS GAME!!!

The thing i love the most about him is the way he does no look passes... Plenty of players are capable doing no look... But Jokic man, you watch the replay and he never watch his man during the whole action... Everyone else simply watch left and pass right...

His passing is just the beginning of his offensive bag his post game is absolutely ridiculous, and he can shoot from anywhere at high efficiency and score whenever he wants jokic is literally one of the most efficient high volume scorers ever

At the 9:18 mark, I think you put into words what a lot of people are feeling but were unable to express. "Jokic is the definition of when the pass looks better than the shot."

Nah. There’s a few ahead of him. The best of the best all time pgs still run the show. Nobody is surpassing the impact magic had as a playmaker/passer. The rate at which magic crates offense with the crazy passes he could make at such a high speed is unbmatched

Oop-City? Dude, he’s got AG! You guys should check out the Jokic to AG highlight reels! It’s just insane. From the 2023 playoffs too. I’m pretty sure there’s just a playoff compilation of those two from their title run.

The only other center with this kind of passing ability was Arvidas Sabonis. We didn't get to see him play during his prime healthy yrs. I believe that what we see Jokic do is what would've seen from Arvidas. From what I heard Sabonis could move faster and jump higher otherwise they have same game.
Jokic gets some comparison to Bird, but I think he's the closest thing to the greatest European player ever Arvidas Sabonis.

Crazy smart. Reminds me of Gretzky in hockey. Joker could score 60 a game if he didn't pass so much. He prefers to make his team mates look good. Gretzky was the same: top scorer who set up more plays, for more goals, than he scored. Crazy smart, both.

more in nba than football/baseball. it’s just the way nba is marketed, the fact there’s only 5 on the court, and players moving around so much. there’s no real division-based scheduling so there aren’t rivalries. but it’s a pretty recent phenomenon though.

It’s also partly a geography thing. There are only 30 teams in the NBA - so less than 1 per state - so most people don’t live near an NBA team, unlike e.g. European soccer where there are always teams close to where you live
