to reach 24 is a long climb to a castle inside a cave, very cool zone, anyways the starting point is near -1122, 4124. Be warned the temperatures there were -45 ºc so go with cold resistance bufffs

im not really sure but you can tp to the Silent Fire Transmission Tower, left side of the map, I saw some gold ore in the valley
