    If you find it difficult to wind floss around your fingers to clean between your teeth, please try a double-handle floss holder. This method is to wind the dental floss around two sticks, which makes flossing very easy and eco-friendly.

    My child swallows toothpaste each time. He knows he suppose to spit. He seallows and than does spitting motion 😅
    He got used to eating children’s toothpaste that is fluoride free. We are trying to switch but cannot make him stop swallowing.

    You're meant to floss and rinse before you brush, so the toothpaste better gets the whole tooth and to make sure you leave the fluoride on the teeth. Whilst the info was okay for the most part, the order is misinformed. As you will find supported by the UK and USA official dental associations... Was watching for advice for teaching my little to floss and this video, unfortunately, didn't provide anything a little common sense wouldn't have anyway...
