Fuck it, I liked a large portion of The Matrix Reloaded. Sure, the horrible CGI clusterfuck battle was stupid, but I liked almost everything else in it.
I honestly love 2nd and 3rd movie more than first.. or.. i back to them more often - why? They are artisticly more appealing to me - the Zion dance party? God... great soundtrack... amazing... the costumes, the energy - beautiful! Then the deeper than first movie love story of course. The sacrifise.. sadly, tha architect scene? Rambling? - when somebody needs to use brain to understand smth its suddenly bad for some reason? I dont get it.. ITS THE BEST SCENE!
I very much liked you comparison to The Matrix and LOST, that was a pretty good analogy. Even though I liked most of the seasons of LOST, but them explaining things and going more into the mythology especially in the last two seasons, it did hurt them. Just like the Matrix.
To be honest tho,I enjoyed this entire franchise of The Matrix. From The Movies,The Spinoffs,The Anime Series,The Videogames and EVERYTHING from The Matrix and I absolutely loved it. This entire franchise was a masterpiece.

The Chateau fight was amazing, as was the whole highway chase sequence too. The Burly Brawl was cool too but not as good as those two sequences (too much obvious CGI in some shots).
+NeoSoldner I just wish that the French guy considered to be the main villain for the second film and his wife should've been considered to be a villain as well. I mean, really....if those two were seen together with Agent Smith and they were the real villains while Smith served as a distraction...then the sequels would've gotten better in my opinion. That and the really should've killed off Trinity just to bring her back from the dead at the end of the second film and then kill her off completely in the third film. That's just stupid. Just let her die and have come back as a ghost a las Obi-Wan Kenobi in Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. But, that's just my opinion. But I think the second film was much better than the third film.
