Today is the first day in nearly year of waking with persistent back pain that I have woke up pain free!!!! I am 22 weeks post pregnancy after having SPD throughout my pregnancy and for several months after. I have been to the physio weekly which hasn't helped at all. But yesterday I did this pilates session and although some of the moves I couldn't do I woke up this morning with no pain !!!! Cannot tell you how happy I am. I have felt so down for months thinking I was going to be in pain forever but this has given me hope thank you x
I've been told by my chiropractor that I need to tone my core, and to stablise my hips and back. Pilates was recommended. I found some resistance bands at discount store, and then found your video. I've just done the first one, it was hard, but a good hard. I've tried things like the 30 day shred etc and it had me losing my motivation fast. I've done three days in a row of 10 minute work outs alongside riding my horse, but today felt like i needed something longer. This was refreshing, PMS relieving and stress busting. I can feel my transverse abs working with every exersize which is my problem area after two babies in 2 years! I can't praise this enough and will be doing your workouts from now on! Thanks Jessica!
I really recommend this pilates workout with elastic! Jessica is professional and pleasant to follow (unlike so many other "over the top" elastic workouts on youtube!) Keep your natural style Jessica .... and thank you!
Really comprehensive workout! Every muscle group in my body is energized and strengthened. Jessica's use of the band is careful but potent, and I loved the extra tips she gives to remind us how to hold our Pilates ab muscles in place and use those in each exercise. So glad I had a few extra minutes today to do this excellent variation on the typical Pilates workout. Thank you, Jessica!

I can not believe how much I sweated and I didn't jump once! Brilliant. This was my first attempt at a Pilates workout, my balance is just terrible but I'm going to try and keep at it.

Perfect for a rainy Sunday. A little more work than one might have anticipated but worth the effort. My elbow was fractured three mos ago and I was just released from PT. The casting for 2 mos. made my muscles freeze and I have to work them everyday for the rest of my life. I was told to use bands for my home therapy and I can do some strength work at this point so this works very well for me. Thank you very much.
I came back to this workout because I wanted a change of pace from what I've been doing this week, and this was perfect. It's been a while since I've done this one, and I can really tell that I've made big improvements since the last time. Instead of huffing and puffing my way to the end, I just felt good---although the second set of bicycle crunches were a sweat-producer. Thanks for such a great variety of workouts, Jessica. This was awesome!
SOS, week 2, day 4 done! I have done this workout a few times now, and really enjoy using the band. I can feel definite improvement in my ability to stand on one leg; both strength and balance have increased. Also, the abs work is getting easier for me, as well as the push-ups. I'm so glad I decided to do SOS again!
This is a great one to add to your workout list if your in advanced stages of hip surgery recovery. It’s also an extremely challenging Pilates workout. It is fantastic and is now in my weekly workout rotation. Thank you, Jessica!!

Day 19 of #FourweekFusionFebruary and this routine was a great start to my day. I always enjoy it, find it a sneaky challenge and feel my abs the next day. I am so pleased that this is on the February rotation as I just don’t get to do this fabulous routine enough. I really enjoy using my resistance band and need to use it more.
I have done extensive searching on TH-cam regarding resistance bands exercises. I have been disappointed until now. Jessica, you have the best video! Working out with resistance bands are very effective and also convenient. Could you please do more exercises with resistance bands (and the one with the hooks)? Thanks!

What a difference four years can make! I remember doing this one when it came out and I did not like it. But this may have gotten to realize that slower movements can actually be more beneficial for your body. So I tried it again today and I felt it and I loved it! Hooray for forward movement toward a better self💖
Looks easy, but I was sweating till I got done. This was exactly what I was looking for. I can't do the jumping around anymore, this was great. And I loved the 🐕 big dog ❤️ here
Did this first thing in the morning for the summerofstrength. I don't have resistance bands, but I used old bicycle inner tubes. Pilates without equipment comes rather naturally to me so I could use the extra challenge. Thank you.
I did this workout today as part of my 2nd time through the SOS challenge, and still really like it. Technically, I should have done day 10, the 60 minute workout, but I just couldn't face up to an hour of exercise this morning! Yesterday, I did the kickboxing workout in the morning and ran last night, and I felt rusty this morning. So, I decided to swap days 10 and 11, and I feel great! I'm determined not to skip any of the workouts this time through, so I'll do day 10 tomorrow--all 60 minutes of it--and maybe the soreness in my calves from the day 8 workout will finally go away! Jessica, you're killing me, but in a good way:) Thanks!
Thank the Lord, Day 11 is complete. I had a bad experience with Pilates before. I dug deep and decided to complete this Pilates workout. I was surprised it didn't have me about to keel over at the end. Thank you so much, for the Pilates exercise video. While, it's not my #1 go to exercise. I will attempt the exercise, and complete it. I like this workout. I am on holiday and it is so easy to pack resistance bands rather than weights. I did it last week as part of the summer of strength week 2 and liked it but didn't have chance to leave you a post as I was staying with a friend in London. I did it today and loved it again. I feel properly worked out. I travel a lot and would love it if you could do more videos with resistance bands in the future. #SOS day 11, all done. Last week all my major muscles groups were sore. This week I'm finding the strangest movements twinge - obviously targeting different muscles. I'm loving this challenge Jessica.

I always enjoy this routine. I am doing this at the moment as I am doing Jessica’s Four Weeks of Fusion Challenge. I do hope that it is on her latest Calm and Strong challenge too. I like this one because it is quite a sneaky routine and is more challenging than it looks.
Bought a resistance band today, found your video, did the workout, and was very surprised that I could do it all, a little unstable on the balance, but all in all I loved it...not bad for a 70 year old 😊
#SummerofStrength day 11 done. Found working with my band a little challenging - it seemed a little short for some of the exercises so I swapped in hand weights. I've been enjoying working my muscles more gently, and I am still feeling like I've worked them. Thank you for the challenge and the encouragement!!!!

As the workout progressed, I remembered doing some of the moves before, such as the one on all fours where we push the leg back behind us, and a few others. So I thought this was going to be a light workout. I was completely wrong and completely drenched in sweat 10 minutes in. I made it to the end with some plus size modifications. I look forward to adding this as a personal challenge. Thanks for the great video.
I did this, and it was good...oh my the balancing was great for me as I really need to work on this. I am sure I will get more out of it next time I do it...seeing as I am not really big into pilates...the fact I said I would do it again is a clue that I enjoyed it. It was great for doing strength training with little equipment. Peanut was really working hard during this one. After doing this workout, I was inspired to do more so did your 10 minute total body strength...LOVE that one, and the 150 calorie cardio segment. Also love that one.
After about 20 minutes in and the leg exercises, I was basically modifying everything because I did not have enough space in my room to even try to follow through with the rest. I broke a sweat though and had increased my steps on my #FitbitOne so I am proud of me. I have 50 minutes to exceed my step record.
Did this one again today with my new "birthday band" on my new "birthday mat." It was a whole different experience! Loved it just as much, though, and I felt like I did better on the abs work at the end and the half push-ups. This will definitely be one of my faves!
Maybe I need a different resistance band? I just have one from the physical therapist for my bad kne. I really didn't feel much from this until the ending abs. Bummed :( maybe i will try it again with weights. I really like a lot of your videos though. They are easy on my bad knee. Would love to see more 30 minute Pilates workouts!!!

I substituted this day 11 of #SummerOfStrength for day 10 due to time. This routine is right than expected. It's a real Body Band Blast Burner. The band was a welcome change from weights. Thanks for this workout!
I'm not a super big fan of Pilates but I enjoyed this workout. I thought it was a good use of the band and I got really sweaty. I also did your Exercise TV Pilates Power which was very hard for me in parts. Day 6 of Erin Motz's Yoga Abs challenge was quick flows that definitely worked the abs.
I really enjoyed this for many reasons. I was in traffic for 1 hour and 40 minutes so by the time I got home doing a HIIT or anything similar was NOT going to happen but I still wanted to move...well this was nice! I feel a slight buzz but not crazy. THANK YOU!

Thank you for this. I'm a lupus and fibromyalgia patient who is a little tired of hearing that I should try low impact exercise vs the walking and weights I prefer. I probably can't complete the full 30 mins but I'll try!! :)

Great video. I used to go walk outside. But today is cold. So I prefer to stay at home. You also have always a supervisor with you.

This one was interesting. Definitely challenging to my arms, legs and core, but I felt kind of relaxed when it was done.

This is such a great all over workout, I love it. Gentle on impact but does pack a punch!

Did this one again today with my new "birthday band" on my new "birthday mat." It was a whole different experience! Loved it just as much, though, and I felt like I did better on the abs work at the end and the half push-ups. This will definitely be one of my faves!

Maybe I need a different resistance band? I just have one from the physical therapist for my bad kne. I really didn't feel much from this until the ending abs. Bummed :( maybe i will try it again with weights. I really like a lot of your videos though. They are easy on my bad knee. Would love to see more 30 minute Pilates workouts!!!
I really enjoyed this workout shall be doing it alot can we have a kettle bell workout please and weights I love to mix up my workouts especially resistance and dumbbell ones
I substituted this day 11 of #SummerOfStrength for day 10 due to time. This routine is right than expected. It's a real Body Band Blast Burner. The band was a welcome change from weights. Thanks for this workout!

I'm not a super big fan of Pilates but I enjoyed this workout. I thought it was a good use of the band and I got really sweaty. I also did your Exercise TV Pilates Power which was very hard for me in parts. Day 6 of Erin Motz's Yoga Abs challenge was quick flows that definitely worked the abs.

I really enjoyed this for many reasons. I was in traffic for 1 hour and 40 minutes so by the time I got home doing a HIIT or anything similar was NOT going to happen but I still wanted to move...well this was nice! I feel a slight buzz but not crazy. THANK YOU!

I'm a lupus and fibromyalgia patient who is a little tired of hearing that I should try low impact exercise vs the walking and weights I prefer.
