They acted like they KNEW there wouldn't be ANY consequences for what they did. I mean they had all the "right" elements he "ran", he "resisted". These are the things cops will continually say when using EXCESSIVE force and nothing happens to them.. This was NOT the first time for any of them. You always hear cops yelling quit resisting, give me your hands after they already have someone in cuffs. They do that to justify the damage they do.

We had a squad in my country we called the Black Clothes Squad.. The entire country was of the opinion that they were on the payroll of the drug barons and w were doing assassinations for them. Our streets ran red for years, until a band of gunmen got together and started to lay seize to police stations and started taking them out. Our stations had sandbags and barriers around them windows boarded up. Police officers were afraid to go to work . Many quit. Eventually most of the squad and gunmen offed each other. Now it's back to police walking the streets without guns or flak jackets . Lesson learned. The badge don't make them bullet proof.
I believe sometimes these police officers need to be reminded that bullets affects their bodies just as it does others.
Also ,all these other police officers that have been killed in the last year, needs to be investigated to make sure its not the person who was supposed to be watching their six,who took them out for not wanting to go along.
