The Keighley & Worth Valley Railway Diesel Gala 24.06.23

Another great day out at The Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, this is my 2nd diesel gala visit to the railway and quite different from last year, great to see the rail adventure hst power cars for the first time as well as seeing a full scotrail set, it was also a strange but very pleasent experience having airconditioned coaches on a heritage line.

Weirdest HST set up I've ever seen, but it's still awesome.
Fantastic to see 47712 and the DBSO, brings so many memories back of my days at Haymarket growing up around that and 101s, 25s. 37s etc.

Hi glad you enjoyed the vid, it certainly was a different experience seeing the hsts like that, and was also a good experience on the scotrail train, also great having airconed coaches on a hot day, a luxury we don't normally have on heritage railways, thanks for watching. Tom
