- On MAY the 30th through June 1st Amtrak Cardinal Number 50 had Three Pullman Private Railcars on the rear of the cardinal. I Decided I wanted to film a small portion of the trip on the observation Car the “Lamberts Point”.
History
The Lamberts Point was owned by the Norfolk And Western Railroad then in the late 80s to early 90s Lamberts Point was in of the Norfolk Southerns Business car Fleet for the CEO of Norfolk Southern. Then was bought by a Private owner (I Will not share Name). Then was Bought by another Private owner Bob Lowe. Bob Lowe is the owner of three Pullman Railcars Including the “Colonial Crafts” and the “Salisbury Beach” and some other fright railcars.
We hit a car at 12:36am
13:10
Slow motion
14:26
The impact with the car was hardly noticed until the wreck was seen from the back of the train. They stopped out of courtesy it seems not necessity and not for long.
Why do people always ignored the railroad crossings I would never do that I will always stop at the crossings to let the trains go bye
