Recently ordered the newer version with Ryzen 7 7735HS and RTX 4050 with 16 gb of ram and got it at the same price the version in the video was. It's supposed to arrive next week, really hoping it performs as well as I am thinking it will Edit: repeating a reply up on the main comment - it's been awhile, and so far it's been perfect. I can run baldurs gate 3 on max settings with mods, and the newest patch for baldurs gate 3 makes it run even better on my system. I can play Minecraft with shaders at a stable 100 FPS as long as it isn't a ray tracing shader pack like some versions of Sues. I can play Forza Horizon 5 at Ultra settings. It gives me a "low vram" warning once but I ignored it and haven't had a single problem after many hours. I definitely recommend it if it's still on sale
Please keep me updated because im willing to buy one for myself and im not sure if i should get the ideapad or the acer nitro 5. Which btw why did you choose lenovo over nitro 5?
@@jotarokujo8537 it was on sale, and my partner has a Lenovo Flex 5i and that one's build quality, screen, and speakers have been good, so I am probably a little bit biased towards it since I already have seen a Lenovo in person. I considered another Acer laptop (Acer Swift X) that was at a similar price, but it didn't have the camera cover which I like to have, and it was using a Ryzen 5 something and RTX 3060 iirc so it'd be a little behind in raw performance if I understand correctly. I have heard it has a better screen and better battery life than the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 does, though! Mine just came today and I'm currently setting it up. I bought the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Laptop 15.6 120Hz, AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS up to 4.75 Ghz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050, 32GB DDR5 1TB SSD at the end of October and am very happy with it so far. My only complaint is the battery, however for me that's not really a problem because there is always an outlet nearby. lol I'm happy with the performance so far. I've played 7 Days to Die, Dark Souls 3, GTA5, Warframe, and Elden Ring. All of them look and play fantastic. :)
My buddy has the 5600H and 3050 TI while I have the 6600H and 3050. They are basically the same. I put 32Gb ram in mine which is at a higher speed of 4800MHz which is basically the only difference.
i'm planning to change my laptop, i won't be using it for gaming, but for development. And plan to reformat the OS with nix (debian/fedora or ubuntu) do you think this laptop is good?
Bro i can't find a version of this laptop , i saw a model with 165hz 16 inch display and 350 nits , i can't find it on youtube i find only versions with 250 nits and 15.7 inch

Holy shit! Awesome deal! I got mine for $650 with a 3050/R5-6600H/8GB ram/256GB Storage On amazon over 6 months ago... But I did upgraded the Storage and Ram to 2TB/32GB DDR5 and it runs really smooth in games! Cost me $950 which I did kind of overpaid but it's fine! Suits my needs so I am happy with it.
is it good so far ? i heard that it has a heating problem please can you tell me about it , thanks i'm thinking to buy one like you but i will add 16gb ram so 8+16 i will have 24 ram (i will play apex , valorant , gta) did you notice any cons ?
My Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Laptop 15.6 120Hz, AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS up to 4.75 Ghz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 hasn't overheated yet. However, I do use a cooling pad, because the games I play are graphics intensive.
Hi I want to buy a new laptop.Which one should I get? Laptop Gaming IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ARH7 cu procesor AMD Ryzen™ 5 7535HS pana la 4.55 GHz, 15.6" Full HD, IPS, 120Hz, 16GB, 512GB SSD, NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050 6GB GDDR6(It has 120hz display) OR Laptop Gaming Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 cu procesor Intel® Core™ i5-12450H pana la 4.4 GHz, 15.6", Full HD, IPS, 16GB, 512GB SSD, NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050 6GB GDDR6(It has 60hz display) The ideapad is cheaper by 65 usd
From what I know, The LOQ has a mux switch which is a pretty good feature to have(however, not sure if the 3050 version has it). In addition the Loq screen may be 60hz but I think it has better colour accuracy and better brightness than the ideapad. personally though I prefer the Ryzen 5 7635HS, just because I prefer amd in laptops and their other stuff (So, don't really keep this in mind as this is very biased) Also maybe try their twp or well how much watts the gpus have if it's possible to check which version is more powerful(and probably has less battery life than the less powerful one)
Hi guys I'm looking for a laptop primarily just to play Runescape 3 / Old School Runescape on with potentially a bit of GTA 5 and Warzone thrown in. Would this be a good laptop for those games? Not looking for anything super competitive just something with nice graphics that's good value for money. Please let me know your thoughts 🙏 🙂
It runs them easily. I have the version with the less powerful GTX1650, and it runs those games. They only one that could be tricky its warzone in with full graphics (it stutters a little but not very noticiable), but the rest of the games can be runned without issues, especially if you are running a version with RTX3050 or more
