Using markers (CTRL+T) helps organize as well since you can label sections as the intro or the hook.

Would like to see a template with the labels. I also think it's interesting you have a prechorus and then a chorus that is 32 bars. Usually I consider my prechorus part of my chorus and the chorus itself is only 16 bars long.
I don’t know where you’re seeing a 32 bar chorus, in the video he’s showing a “16 bar” chorus, but working in double-time so really it’s a standard 8 bar chorus. Then he has a 8-bar verse section and 4-bar bridge (which is essentially doing what the pre-chorus did in the beginning).

@@prod.dopamine you can do that by setting the first sound to the channel you dont want it to be in , and the other noises including that noise you routed will be routed after that channel
