Levi - Thank you... FYI - I found the "music" in the background an annoyance.
If Carbon is lighter than Fiberglass and is used on the PRO Fliteboard shouldn't it be lighter than the Fiberglass PRO. The spec weight on all three PRO models are the same.
@@gstephenson7391 while carbon fiber is lighter than just fiberglass the layup of the carbon fliteboards it's twice as thick as the fiberglass board. This makes it much more durable and provides the nice shiny finish. The majority of the weight of a flite board comes from the battery hatch, flange reinforcement, handles, latches, deck pad, hinges, ect. Last I checked the carbon is actually 2lb lighter but at that amount if I wanted to make it lighter I would skip taco Tuesday.
@@BayFoils You might let Fliteboard know this since the website for the PRO Fiberglass, Soft Top and Carbon all show 51.8 lbs.
@@gstephenson7391 that's a full configuration weight.... Board + efoil + sport battery + wings
@@BayFoils The configuration for all three Pro models are the same......and the weight remains the same for all three.....at 51.8 lbs. The Sport battery is an upgrade for the boards....... The Nano is stock.
