Carola! Kanaan is very close to where I live! I was there in person a few times. Once when the ( now-disolved ) Eurochoir was there, I helped one brother ( he is American or Canadian, one of the two) to prepare the parking lot at Canaan for the huge influx of cars! Over the years, several of the sisters or brothers where in my congregation to share their life testimony.
