3D Fan Zone in Fluent

Can I ask how you created your toirodal region, with a plane at the bottom? I am having issues where, when I try to define the 3D fan zone I get the error "Inlet zone is not planar" and I'm wondering if this is because my inlet is an annulus, not a circle
