Amazing advise. After delivery of baby by C-section (ie 3 weeks later), I used to do 5 minutes dumbbells workouts when milk was boiling in my induction stove which took 8 minutes to boil. Then I squeezed my time to finish the cardio. I reduced most of the weight in those periods because I had determination. I already had 2 csections, so I knew how my body handle the workouts. I started slowly. Now I’m normal weight and bmi. Very lazy to do weight loss but I do workout for health benefits.
