At work (print shop) we call them a "panic switch" and there is one at every station on the machines. Anyone working on the machine can slap the switch and any time. The kind we have have to be pulled back up in order for the machine to run again. When I hit it, I usually yell "WHOA". (It works better on horses...lol).
Add “Hey” to “Woah” and it has a horse feel 😎
Looking great
Thank you so much
Beautiful work brother!!
Thank you so much. I’m actually thrilled with this one
I need to build a similar style cabinet for my router table. It has been on my "to do" list for far too long! Scott, as always brother, this build is looking phenomenal!
Thank you brother. Super excited about it! 🤟🏻
Awesome build, router table came out fantastic!!!
Thank you so much. I’m really happy with it. 🤘🏻
This was a fun build to watch. I have the Kreg table, plans, and materials to build storage that's integrated under the table. I just need to do it. It would definitely organize and give my router tools a home.
Thank you. It was a fun build to do. I’m going to do my drum sander next I think. It was definitely past due. Worth the effort. Can’t wait to see yours!

Hey. I know this was 6 months ago... hoping for a quick bit of support... My RS1000PRO just arrived (like 2 hours ago)... and I'm curious about 2 things after reading the manual..
1. How deep does the "box" need to be to hold the router, lift, and wiring. Or, what was the vertical dimension of the upper box you made under the router table?
2. does the Kreg top allow for the full range of motion. I'm 100% assuming so, but the manual talks about having so much space (6") or so to allow for full travel of the fence.
Thanks!
Hey Tim! Congrats on joining the family! I believe my box is 14.5 inches and yup the Kreg table is more than ample and is what I am using. I have plans for the cabinet I made on my website that comes with the SketchUp files as well. Reach out with any more questions.
Very nice. I’m just now learning about this RS1000. So if I get one and get your cabinet plans ….Do you find that your router gets too hot in that cabinet? I currently have my router mounted to my table saw extension but my box around it, is all janky lol so it has plenty of air flow.
Hi thanks for reaching out. I don’t believe so but if that were the case you could easily drill holes in the back of the cabinet to increase airflow
nice looking piece. however, the plans you sell are woefully incomplete.
Ok how can we make them better?
Which kreg router table did you use?
Hi Alan. Thanks for asking. Here is the link: amzn.to/3RVAdKT

Do you have a model number?
PRS 1025
Does the lift table plate fit without any movement side to side etc. ie. Does the Shark plate fit exactly in the opening or does it have grooves Al the way around the edge?
Yes. It is made to integrate into that table. Thats the table top we used in the video.
