    Cool upgrade from a screwdriver. I would have made the lanyard long enough to hook over the top of the handle for some extra security if the cover comes loose. I used that same type of screwdriver to make a rope dart by drilling a hole in the flat metal they use to keep the plastic handle on.

    are you not allowed to use power saws?

      I could, but I feel like that would be over kill on most of my cuts. Also, hand saws give me more control and a cleaner cut.

    I guess the handle could be made a bit narrower for ease of ....ahhhhh...transport for when one comes out of the SHU ?

      Maybe, but the grip is really good to hold and my hand feels really frim when I am holding it and using it.
