Hey everyone! I’m commenting this some time after this review. I will be doing an update again soon, as I’ve noticed a few things more recently. I’ve been using these products when I’m filing and putting on makeup, and still love them for this purpose. However, There is always some kind of glitter on my skin after doing eye makeup, so I never realised some of these products had very slight glitter too them. I noticed this while using the products without putting on foundation, and it became more apparent throughout the day. Also the setting spray, I used this one night with light makeup to an event…. I wasn’t very impressed, not because of its ability to set/fix or not, but for another reason. I will be talking about my updated opinions soon (it won’t be a dedicated video) but I will post the link here too 🖤🖤
Ah yes, as noted by the lovely Cassandra Bankson, both the serum and the primer/moisturiser have mica in them. So I guess that's what causes the "glow"?
Is it just me, or do you guys also feel this sense of safety and calm when you watch Robert and James? There is no over the top energy, which I appreciate so much. Like I'm watching a real human being and not a "youtuber persona". That's also why I tend to believe them more, or feel comfortable to take the given information into consideration, because I'm not being bombarded with dramatic, hyper descriptions and big words like "YOU HAVE TO, YOU MUST", which also encourages your own thought process. I absolutely enjoy watching you two and I'm happy that you share your knowledge with us, when so many supposed "experts" oversaturate this branche of various social media.
Absolutely. Sometimes, I play a Video that I've already watched and Fall asleep to it. His Videos and His choice of words are so easy to Listen to and it's just calming. You don't really need to watch the Video.
Yesssss! I totally agree with everything you just said. I never really watched a lot of TH-cam, until I started watching them for the exact reasons you stated. It always just seemed like, "Oohhh, buy this! Ohhh, now buy that! Ohh, that's all trash now, anyway look at this!" 😂 I've actually learned things about makeup and skincare. Instead, of feeling like the product is gonna change everything for me. 🤷🏻♀️ Robert has helped me so much with technique...I never knew I was holding my brushes wrong, until I watched him. And James, I could literally write a love letter to him, because my skin has completely changed for the better. I went on a total rant in this reply, but I just so love and agree with what you said.

I mentioned it on James’ review but PLEASE don’t let your pets get into the cooling stick accidentally and chew on it if there’s Xylitol in it. It can be deadly for them.
100%!! This was the same with Milk hydrogrip primer! I’m super SUPER paranoid about anything happening to my dogs so They aren’t even allowed on the same floor of the house as any of my makeup (plus the wires and all the other electrical bits!) they aren’t even allowed to kiss my face with makeup on just incase! 😝 🖤🖤
@@melissacoulter3996 you would hope but unfortunately they do. A lot of people aren’t aware that particular ingredient is toxic to them that’s why I pointed it out.
11:33 I used to work for a place that made skin grafts (my husband still works there) and I can confirm that does get everywhere! We had donors that had glitter in their lower layers of skin not just the top layer!

This is too expensive for me but it makes me want to have these products one day. It's really interesting the fact that Nikkie Tutorials did skincare products instead of makeup products at first but prep your skin is the first thing to do before makeup, and skincare count a lot ! I've been waiting for this! I really don't believe that Nimya can be fairly judged just as a skincare so I'm really looking forward to impressions on it as a makeup prep. As far as I know, Nikki knows what she's doing because she doesn't want to just add up to all the "skincare owned by celebrities" bandwagon, so I believe Nimya will have a potential to be a successful makeup prep brand and will expand in the future
This is the first video I've watched for Robert and I am in love. So calm, not over the top, and feels so genuine. I love how happy he gets when make up applies well. So cute!

I luv Nikkie & love that she has her brand 🥰 my only concern was, she said that there wasn't any " Eye stick balm " like this one in the market....well there was, & there is! It's the Tula "Glow & Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm". Makeup Artist like Scott Barnes & Hrush use it on celebrity client & cannot stop raving about it. Otherwise, I'm super excited to try everything she released! So happy for Ms. Tutorials 😍👑🌟💖
Yea it’s not really a new concept, there are Korean brands that also make cooling eyesticks. I do have to say though, this one from Nimya felt more “helpful” rather than gimmicky

I’ve been using the cooling eye stick and the setting spray for two weeks now and love both. I’m hesitant with the serum because I love my glow recipe serum so much, but now I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the honest review ❤️.

I think going or starting with skincare is probably a wiser long game if the products hold up. Makeup trends will change, but you'll(hopefully) always have a face that needs moisturizing!

Yes! When they are filming I can easily tell them apart but when they pop into videos just using like a phone or whatever they look exactly the same. If it weren't for Robert's eyebrow I wouldn't be able to tell them apart in those instances.

I bought the Nimya bundle and overall my experience was not great. The glow serum and cream broke me out, and the setting spray had to be decanted into another bottle because the spray mechanism was the worst I’ve ever seen 😫

I love the look! I must say, that you look amazing without makeup too and also when you only had the serum, moisturiser and a little concealer (like you did at ca 17:51 ) you looked absolutely stunning!! 💫
I bought the Nimya bundle and overall my experience was not great. The glow serum and cream broke me out, and the setting spray had to be decanted into another bottle because the spray mechanism was the worst I’ve ever seen 😫
