    Thank you, this was very helpful and I was able to clear a jam inside the rear cover. I doubt I would have found that without this video!

    Really helpful. When I removed the transport unit cover from the back, I tilted the printer so that I didn't notice that the white tabs underneath it were flipped up and back. The transport unit cover wouldn't go back into place (easily!) and I kept getting jams. The video showed the transport unit cover slipping back into place easily, so I realized that something was wrong. Thanks for a detailed video that enabled me to figure this out.

    Wow - never would have figured this out. Mine was the paper jam in the rear of printer starting at 2:27. Thank you! Now I just need to figure out why this printer just stopped working on wifi - Grrrr . . .

    I have this printer on order. Is paper jamming a problem that happens frequently? I never had a jam with my Pixma MX922, but unfortunately my 922 quit working this week. It started off with code B200 and then it wouldn’t even turn on. I’m pretty disappointed because the 922 only lasted three years. I’m hoping the G2070 will last longer.

      Hi, Denny! When you use the right kind of paper in your PIXMA printer, paper jams should be extremely rare. Using the right paper weight helps, so make sure you're using plain paper between 17 and 28 lb bond (64 to 105 gsm) in addition to genuine Canon photo paper.

      I have this printer (G7020) for about 6 months and am real happy with it. Got the paper jam today and by taking the rear off (thanks for the video), all is fixed. This is the first time and my wife and I really use that printer. Therefore, I don't think that paper jam is a problem.

    I purchased this printer but it only pulls paper from the rear to print, it never uses the paper from the bottom cassette is it the machine or me.

      Hi! When the print menu pops up on your computer screen, it should allow you to choose things like the paper type and the paper source. Make sure the paper type matches what you're using and that the source corresponds to where the paper is loaded and it should work.

    Have this issue, just bought a brand new canon g6020 and cant get past “select language” bc it is followed by paper jam that non existent
