Love how you kept the part in of you fixing the camera for a shot. Many edit it out, but you bring realism. We all appreciate you! You're one of my favorites. Don't beat yourself up, young man!!
I love how you kept thinking of Will and want to bring her there. :) Makes me happy to hear someone who loves their spouse as much as you do. I hope you DO get a chance to bring her there, even if you don't decide to film it. :) Thanks for bringing us along. I'm thinking it maybe didn't make you feel so alone out there, even though we can't help you if you fall. :) Thanks again for sharing your life with all of us! Bless you!
Crazy, been watching you since I was about 14 years old, I’m 22 almost 23 now, it’s because of you I got into camping, bushcraft, hiking etc, big love joe, I hope you and your family are in good health
Your insane Ninja Joe! That trip was a nail biter! Thanks for taking me along for the trip. So much to comment on. The bogs, bugs and portaging ...ick, but the stunning clear water and scenery were stunning! Hope you made it home safe!😊
The variety in your content is always appreciated, Joe. As someone who enjoys a decent challenge and values some time in the pack boat, I have to say that these are my favourite adventures of yours. Much respect to you for pushing yourself like this. 👍
Cheers on the trip Joe, an outstanding high speed/low drag excursion. I’ll be thinking of this video while I’m doing my radiation treatments next week. Started watching your channel years ago while doing radiation, to help with depression. Doing it again six years later. Cheers dude.🤙
I've come back to your videos after a few years break and I'm really enjoying them. Thanks for the content Joe, it's wonderful to see. Canada is world class beauty, that much wilderness is unthinkable in the UK!
That’s an insane trip distance in 2 days, kudos ! Such beautiful landscape. I love that part of Ontario, perhaps my favourite canoe route. Thanks Joe 😊
What a great video joe, had me laughing and loving the trip and feeling like i was along with you. Your enjoyment is infectious. Great content as always bro.
I love the Winnie The Pooh reference. That made me smile and I needed that. I had a rough day. I put down my cat today and my heart is so heavy. Thanks for the smile, Joe.
Wow man!! Talk about pushing it!! The park is really beautiful!! The water was super clear in the one lake. We can't wait to go there in September. Cheer's Joe!! J & C
"Trespassers Will... short for Trespassers William." THANK YOU for bringing me back to my childhood momentarily! (For anyone not familiar, it's a Winnie-the-Pooh reference) Hey, Joe, I bet you've passed through White River a bunch of times (it's not far from the Sault) and if so, you probably know that it's the hometown of Winne-The-Pooh, so I appreciated the reference!
I love how you talk and walk in the portage around 10min, saying High Speed, Low Drag. And then make the "dumb" decision which end up giving you Low Speed, High Drag... Never change Joe, Never Change.
WOW unbelievable flooding in the start , gorgeouse route lots to see always love the rocky shore line & forest awesome canoing through the alder's and grasses lol well Done Joe !, cool cabin you came across to bad it was trashed eh , excellent cinematography through out your trip and lovley campsites 54.31 yikes when you got soaked . wonderful canoing adventure well done on the time WOW.
You live in a very beautiful country, and it's huge. NZ is gorgeous as well but we are two tiny islands. And a lot of in-country is unaccessible. Enjoy your trips Joe, they're really cool to watch.
Hi Joe Great Video's.I love all your Video's. But one piece of advise.. Too much hurrying can cause one to make mistakes. And mistakes can cause injuries Or even death. So Joe, Take your time on all your Camping trips. And i love how you talk and explain as you go.. Thanks Joe, You aced all your camping trips to me..Kept up the great work Joe. Thank you again for all your Video's. Loved them.
Not to undo what youve done!!!! I support this channel and love it!!! The difference was the gear and ability for food!!! Also the season preformed in.. But thats not what this is about!!! History is learned by those who are taught it or relearn it!! Awesome video!! Stay safe!!! And keep it up!!!
" oh yeah this is great! i will have no problem getting to the other lake." *one scene later* "I messed up." hahahaha great push through man. Looked like a lot of fun.
Love to see the journeys you take. Beautiful places. I hope they don't all become speed runs, where all you're focused on is on how fast you made X distance.
10:45 joe wanted high speed low drag that's what he gave us, yall missing out until you do some ultra light stuff, this is fun if you know how and thank you for showing us how you do it.
It's good to do what you are doing on this trip. Trucking through like there's no tomorrow because if you do ever get stuck in a real world survival situation, there may not be a tomorrow for you. I do the same thing when I go out on occasion, cruise over as much terrain as possible, set camp, wake up early and do it again. The most important thing in a real survival situation is confidence to get to the next thing that is going to extend your life and doing these kind of trips once in a while builds that confidence. No one wants to end up as the family on the news where the husband walks out to find help and doesn't make it while the search and rescue finds the wife and kids and saves them. Confidence and knowledge saves lives and the videos you put out, even the fun fishing with a buddy vids, everything you do teaches people how to survive so you are essentially saving lives by putting these videos out. keep it up, you're doing great work bud.
🎉 thank you for the video bro🎉... I was not sure if you were still doing videos🎉... I hope you and your family are doing well...🎉😊 Thank you again 🙏... JJ.. Jonjon...
Chickadees! I love hearing that PEEEE-peepee, I don't know what it is about Chatham (I suspect the lack of coniferous trees) but I almost never see little black caps; I miss feeding them by hand growing up in Ottawa :-D
Nice to have you back young Joseph! I was thinking you should start a tripping log so you can make a book for your followers. It would be nice to have a ROBINET map. Just a thought. Imagine the profits if each one of your subscribers bought a copy. I would!
Now this is the type of trip I like to watch. More of these. Love it. Personally I find the videos of sitting around at a base camp all day very boring. Nothing to do with you, just from anyone. Awesome one man!
Well, that was different! Never saw you do a very fast moving trip like this! Interesting! Congrats, glad you made record time! Bet you slept for days after a long hot shower and a nice meal! Have a great week!
Hey Joe, wanted to let you know that I just bought my first solo canoe, due in large part to watching your videos! I stumbled upon your "Winter Camping in a Canvas Tent with a Dog and a Woodstove" video years ago while doing some tent research, and have been with you ever since. My canoe is an Old Town because I can't afford a Swift (yet), and I doubt I'll ever be on your level, but I'm hoping with some practice I'll be confident enough at least for some short, leisurely trips. Thanks for the inspiration!
I camp in that country everyday! my parents have a camp on Lang Lake. Live in Espo..... Lots of Camping spots lol Too bad for the Fire ban. Good video.
Joe just like to say just subscribed now been watching your stuff for a while , your really good person especially how you dealt with your brothers situation , big respect and love every video dealing with depression myself your an angel in disguise with sounding you know the other way 👍👍👍👍👍🤞

@@seth_ftowhy are you here doing this, man. Go enjoy life.
This is now on my bucket list. I was mapping you out along your way. Might have to check that book. Thanks SmoothThenFallInWaterJoe!

18:40 epic views and story. All of the drag is a man doing business. Two hours of light left.
Cheers on the trip Joe, an outstanding high speed/low drag excursion. I’ll be thinking of this video while I’m doing my radiation treatments next week. Started watching your channel years ago while doing radiation, to help with depression. Doing it again six years later. Cheers dude.🤙

I love the Winnie The Pooh reference. That made me smile and I needed that. I had a rough day. I put down my cat today and my heart is so heavy. Thanks for the smile, Joe.

You've got to be in great shape, there's no way I could have kept up with that pace.
You live in a very beautiful country, and it's huge. NZ is gorgeous as well but we are two tiny islands. And a lot of in-country is unaccessible. Enjoy your trips Joe, they're really cool to watch.
