My Wife and I own ET Cycles F1000, 1 each and we love them, we bought them from the Electric Bike Superstore in Brighton, Adelaide (Go and see Scott he is very informed and very helpful and very mindful of our needs)
We have had them for around four months and have ridden 1300kms including a recent trip into the Flinders Ranges, we have taken them up hills, on Dirt roads and everywhere that we have gone we have gone with ease.
We regularly get 70-80kms with varied terrain, we have not yet drained the battery.
After riding scooters with dual 1000watt motors we were worried that we would not get the range or the power but we have taken the bikes everywhere we took the scooters and have not had any trouble.
I would recommend these bikes to anyone, they are very good

@@Gooddealsforagoodlife I have ridden it in light rain and had no problem, also ridden on pretty wet path with no problem, I also carried it on the bike rack for 25 KM through some decent rain and I am still riding it, I would say to be very careful still as it it not officially rated to ride in rain

@Axis Of Epic, Electric Bikers! I bought a NCM Moscow Plus from you about 2 years ago.
I specifically wanted a bike in the box because I like DIY and also delivery was amazing as I got the bike in a very short time.
I'm confident that you always give a honest recommendation to the clients and we can see also from the video.
I'll visit your shop for a test ride and comparison between two folding bikes even so I'm eyeing the ET1000!

I bought one online here in New Zealand. It's peppy, and strongly built - suits my trailer and extra tray for lots of groceries, etc. BUT the fat wheel is dangerous when it encounters small indentations in the road - it twists sideways. Also, out of the box, the gears slipped. Maybe just that one bike, but noted. Also, the power of that throttle can jerk you forward unexpectedly. And you're right about the weight. I wanted a foldable for a small apartment. It's so bulky and awkward that I'll probably soon replace it with a lighter one. I'm mainly keeping it because I'm a 6-year-experience ebike rider who can be extra-careful in my heavy-duty use of a bike with a tow bar and heavy loads. I'd never recommend this bike - especially to a newbie or kid. I won't be surprised if people have more-than-usual accidents on it. I did a vid about it at th-cam.com/video/xuCXulN37BA/w-d-xo.html

I love my ET Cycle F1000 Its an awesome safe cruser with very good varied surface capability.
It has very good load carrying capability with panniers.
I ride it to work loaded -on grass ,sand, hardpack, pavement, tarmac etc
Its a very forgiving bike.Starting off in too high power level is unlikely to throw you off.
Step through is great for stop signs and road crossing.
Im so glad ive switched from an eroad bike to this capable fat tyre ebike.
It attracts attention too because it looks like a cross between a bicycle and motor bike and if you really want to look ‘out there “ wear a green safetly vest and BMX helmet like i do ((-:

      @axisofepicelectricbikers897  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Hmmmmm, the London is a fair bit lighter and more compact when folded but the 720 has much more oomph.

@@DM-sc4zy I think the 720's motor has more torque and that makes a difference, you need to compare both bikes up hills and then you see what I'm talking about.
Battery size also makes a difference because a smaller battery will drop voltage in less time than a bigger battery and so higher voltage means more speed and torque.

Hi Mark i had an NCM Venice plus which is not a direct comparison. The ncm was oversized for my height.
The ncm was a lighter quicker ebike but also really only for tarmac or unbroken footpath with its narrow road tyres.
I came off it twice on my first day
      1. Starting off with the power too high with loaded pannias sent the front end skywards and i was thrown off.I laughed but i realised it was not forgiving of mistakes which could cause injury.
2Second time the narrow wheel got in a rut next to the foot path or may be sand.I went over with the bike.
If you just want to cruze along on road or bike path a road tyre ebike might be fine though i would definitely recommend trying a step through variant.
If you want an ebike that is strong but heavier, forgiving of mistakes, very capable to carry loads safely with pannias, safe on a range of surfaces ,is more of a cruzer style, then consider a fat tyre ebike like the f720.I really appreciate these qualities in my F 1000.
All the best with your selection.
