I used to have it(like 6 years), it's fantastic, i gave it like a gift to my girfriend. Now i have the surge and the skeletool. But the rebar was wonderful
The Rebar is a great basic choice. But for $40 more the Swisstool Spirit X is better option if you want a much better range of external opening locking tools. Just a more elegant design. But will surpass the single note Benjamin greenback. Great review BTW.
Amazing that this is one of only 3 LM multitools - the Supertool 300 & the Bond being the other 2 - that has a proper full profile Phillips driver. The proprietory bits used on Wave etc. are not 3D or full profile, and according to what I've heard & read they are not high quality at all, being soft; they're sold at a premium price but are made in China. If I have a bit exchanger on a multitool I want it to be compatible with standard 1/4 in bits so I can use high quality bits if I choose to do so. Don't even get me started on the Free series Phillips drivers lol. Those are the same crappy ones - again not 3D - as are on the budget multitools i.e. Rev, Wingman, Sidekick. The Free series is an expensive fidget toy.
Do NOT buy a leatherman, especially rebar. They are so stiff nowadays that even using diamond paste it will not go loose. Poorly manufactured now, not like they used to be.
The best Leatherman multitool by far. I have six of them.
Can i have 1 sir?i can't afford because my money isn't enough for medical expenses 🙏
I’ve owned this for a few months now. The only drawbacks are lack of scissors and no outside accessible blade. Other than that it’s a great tool
I have the Knifeless Rebar and I love the Phillips driver. With the bit adapter, I think it's better than the Wave. I just wish it had a micro driver.
