Some lady throws drink on my car

So I parked on this public street to carpool with a co-worker. I parked on the street at 7:30am and later on in the afternoon, some old lady throws this drink on my car! Of course I didn't know what happened until I checked the video but all I saw was this hardened drink spilt all over my car.
What a world.
