- Rolling out the 1982 Travelaire for the first trip of the 2024 season.
Headed to Twin Lakes Campground on Hwy 13 between Buck Lake and Pigeon Lake. Great little campground to visit, Very clean, quiet and only 1.5hrs out from Edmonton. No water, power hookups, or Generators running past 10:00pm. It is perfect for those who want a peaceful night out in the woods!

I have a 1979 Kit Companion that's almost it's twin. I have taken it everywhere, love it.
Had it for decades, Bought it when i was 22yrs old i'm 53 now, I have lost count of how
many set's of tires i have put on it. I lived in it for a year when i sold my house , Man what fun...
We just started enjoying our 82 Travelaire, we have renoed the inside to make it more comfy, and so far we are on our first set of tires and will see how many miles we get with them!!

Learned that trick in the Cub Scouts, Egg carton, Dryer Lint and some Paraffin wax.. best fire starter ever!

We have a Twin Lakes here in Colorado also. That’s why I tuned in initially, but stayed because you took me a lovely, little journey.

I used to camp at that campground quite a bit years ago. Brings back some good memories.
Twin Lakes was a great spot to stop, very clean and quiet! Definitely will go back again.
