+@weegeemike The fuel filter is typically found somewhere between a vehicle's engine and fuel tank. It's usually inside the fuel tank itself in the opening of the fuel line or along the fuel line running underneath your vehicle.
How do you retro fit an 07? Do I use the fuel lines off an 06? The flare on that line doesn't look repeatable with my flaring tool. First time I have to take the tank off to chang a filter Im going to Nolan Ryan it across the yard. Let me guess, the sending unit side of the line and the engine side are different on the 06 compared to 07. Now I have a field trip to the junk yard 🙄
He made this look easy. On my 2002 short box two door, 5.3 v8, there is no room. He must have tiny Trump hands. I can barely get in their with that bar in the way.

The underside of that truck is rusty as can be . yet the fuel lines and filter are pristine . Whats the deal?

what does it mean if you depressurize the system... then go to remove the fuel filter and fuel won't stop coming out the tank side?
