D restriction mean s*** when you got government running the show now
This is happening all over Houston and if the city had sticker zoning laws it would not be an issue so its apparent the city of Houston does not care at all❤😅❤❤😮God bless ❤😮❤😮❤😢❤
I came to the States in 1980 grew up in 5th ward, moved out in 1987 and never looked back.
this is the most dangerous neighborhood in houston
40 Acres and a Mule , getting screwed over again
Look at ballotpedia etc big lots when you see some cities etc with no revenue but u hear etc or saying about being broke big lots no bs
Sunnyside pride.
Then they want to raise your taxes
Now we will see what kind of MAYOR WE HAVE?😢
How about yelling at the previous landowners that sold the developers the land. But you won't call them out right because they're black
@user-ou5rs7wm8r That's ignorant of you! First off, Sunnyside has always been diverse, and secondly, you can't place blame on people who made the choice to go wherever they see fit. It's up to new residents and developers to follow the rules. That's solely who should take the blame.
One with hopefully more integrity than Turner
@@jamie6387 Really? As long as he supports Finner with the closing of cases, he's no better than anyone! Crime is Houston's biggest problem and it's getting worse very quickly.
@@tonih.justice5013 blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah that’s all we hear when it comes out of your peoples mouth all you guys do is complain!!!!
You proud of sunny side? You mean the crime? I’m all for new development.

So u complain that your property value is up and new taxpayers are coming in time when many places are struggling to keep basic services running? 😂
They talk about this crap neighborhood like is mother Africa and not land already stolen from other people
As if Africa isn’t being stolen by Chinese, you clowns love to judge black Americans while your motherland gets colonized again and again
People with money are going to move ya'll out. ..It just tike to move on..There alot of high crime in those area..If you own your house you uave nothing to worry about.

That area is being taken over by illegals and anchor babies
Chinese
Well I guess you people need to start working hard like the rest of us. Maybe people won’t wanna get you out of a certain area.
😢
Greed raising its ugly head again
How Business works in a Democrat Run City.
Those people are screwed. Unless they can come up with a bigger Bribe than the Contractors, The Contractors will have their way.
No one wants to develop in Republican Town? I will remember that at the pole.
@@smokingjoe9864
There is NO difference between Republicans and Democrats these days. They are all either corrupted, Or being blackmailed into corruption. Try remembering THAT at the Pole.
People need living quarters. Quit crying.
Idiot
Go find in in Bellaire, or River Oaks, then say that to them.
@@AlldatJazz-rw9wy Zoning laws are out dated. They are basically Covenant Laws. The government or neighbors shouldn't have any say what I build on my property. Single home, duplex, or a flop house with 100 beds in a dorm. If you can afford the land in expensive areas, same deal. It is Your land. Build what you want.
Now ✅ out Wikipedia about real positions and departments that's or learn that's what they are etc under the real civil service commission about our and your lots
