I am an electric machine builder from Germany. During my studies I had the last Siemens DC motor in my hands. It was a 1MW motor for an extruder in the plastics industry. 1200 Amps under full load.
For me as a German it is unbelievable to see your workshop and how you work. Barefoot with sandals, cleaners work without gloves, no safety goggles, no suction and no work clothes. A self-built test stand with open housing and bare wires - all this is unimaginable in Germany. If the authorities would see something like that, the workshop would be closed immediately and my boss would have to pay a fine or go to jail. Take care of yourself and stay healthy. You do a great job. I am looking forward to more videos from your workshop.

@@krisg822 Well, I don't know where you work in Germany and especially not at which company. In my company nobody complains about the work and nobody would be stupid enough to endanger his and colleagues health with nonsense.
Besides, I'm afraid that you didn't understand the content of my article. Maybe that's the reason why you insult me although you don't know me at all.
Anyway, the working conditions in Germany are different and with good reason. My remark was meant for the guys at Majeda Electric, who surely cannot imagine the working and safety conditions in Germany. Not to mention the environmental protection.
None of this changes my appreciation and respect for the work of the people at Majeda.
Maybe it is time for you to change the company in order to have a respectful interaction with responsible colleagues. Colleagues who enjoy their work and who go home from work healthy and unharmed. There you will surely be allowed to use real knives to open a box again.

I am very impressed with the guys doing this work - they are very skilled and have great concentration and I am very impressed by the use of the weight scales in the rebuliding process. I don't know why but I am really intrigued by this subject and I am really enjoying the TH-cam video series.
