I totally agree, throwing the bath water out with the baby [the mother's final word to Mary was the worst a mother could say, what bitterness and hatred], she can't take that back nor see her daughter ever again. It's a shame this mother harbour such bitterness and hatred towards her own daughter, then on hearing the sad news of cancer and start crying, don't understand what for [herself or her daughter]. Lesson for us all, learn to forgive and forget, if we don't, we end up hurting ourselves [just like Mary's mum] Thank you for this movie, l cried seriously 😭😭😭😭, cause was so moved and felt so sad that Mary didn't have the chance to sincerely receive her mother's genuine forgiveness.

For a second I thought Sonia was a stepchild to her mother, because I couldn't phantom, how and why a mother could be so consumed in her anger towards her own child no matter what the case maybe. The sister showed true love, no matter how you looked at it, she wanted her sister to come out of her shell 🐚 because she misses her after being apart for 8 years she wanted that bond. She had to make her understand that she's never the victim but hey she’s forgiven her, but the mother's antics made things difficult for her to live lively. Great storyline and good casting. If you love, love unconditionally, you just might not know what a person is dealing with. ❤️ Maryann had ADHD and cancer. She was also dealing with rejection from family, which probably led her to depression... that’s so much for one person. I pray we all find genuine love that’ll be there unconditionally for us, I pray we find people that’ll see our flaws and correct them with us, I pray we fight as much as possible to stay healthy and even if we don’t for unpredictable reasons, may we not let the sickness cloud our sense of happiness.
