I think it depends, but in the video the MC said their training took 15 months.

Always proud of our Armed Forces but the Band of late in every parade plays songs that nice as compare to the 60s to 90s .
Modern Armed Forces band ,ignore not our old tunes and ignore not our buglers ( biglas) attach to hand when on parade
So why not let one person run the commentry? Running the same commentary at the same time by two people makes it unprofessional and noisy
