    If you incorporate only one of these habits into your life, you are giving yourself a gift. There are a lot of things in this world that drag us down, question or drain our self confidence, and unfortunately make us "feel" somehow inferior. But when we adopt one these or similar habits, it's something we can truly own and be purely proud of. So no matter what the day ahead holds, we know no day is going to be entirely bad because we didn't hit Snooze today or we made the bed today. Nothing in the future day can take that proud moment from us. So thank you for these life boosting ideas, Kallie. They make a huge difference. ❤

    I have a Monday through Friday job. I also have an over the door hanger hook. On Sunday night, I take my outfits for the week out of the closet, and hang them on the outside of the door. I literally don't even need to completely wake up. I just grab my outfit and get dressed.

    I loved the video about "Enclothed Cognition"! Especially with the examples of how if we don't get dressed, we're not fully ready for what comes up during the day - needing to get milk, etc.

    I CANNOT stay in pajamas all day and I won't be caught dead out shopping with them on. I stopped hitting snooze. It was a game changer!

    Thank you for saying to move your body even if it's only for 10 minutes a day. That's what I've been doing lately and I was starting to feel bad that it was only 10 minutes a day.

      My phone has a setting to beep at me every 3 minutes when I receive a text, until I mark it as read. That way I don't need to keep checking it 😊

      That's such a great way to think about it. I have severe depression due to suffering from a chronic pain syndrome that resulted from an injury sustained while I was on active duty, that forced me to medically retire after 17 years of active duty service (3 years short of retirement). Just said all that to explain the struggle I'm experiencing mentally. Before all this and naturally I was a very happy, structured, go go go type of person. Now I have to force myself to do anything at all. When I finish doing things I have to force myself to do I always feel so much better, almost like the way the old me used to feel constantly. I'm going to try and start doing this and hope it will help me to be the more productive person I miss being. Thanks 🩷
