Back in the 90s Echo Park, Highland Park, North Hollywood, and Venice were dangerous neighborhoods and dominated by gangs. On a side note, thank you for outlining actual neighborhoods. Not like other channels that mention other independent cities and saying they are neighboorhoods of Los Angeles 🤦‍♂️.

There are so many amazing places in Los Angeles, thanks for the video! (Thanks for focusing on neighborhoods in the LA city limits and NOT on all of the other cities)..

Thank you! LA has so much to enjoy that it's hard to even know where to start.

bahaha arts district as #2 is insane its so boring, getting to the row on foot you have to walk through skid row which it's distastfully named after

getting to the row from the middle of the arts district you don’t have to walk through skid row at all. In fact, it’s northwest of the row and the arts district altogether isn’t it? if I wanted to walk from say, Urth Caffe to the row i’d either walk down alameda or, more likely, mateo street and cross alameda right into the row. far from skid row entirely.

Agree with most of your list....but Larchmont as number one?? That's a stretch. But my main problem is the inclusion of North Hollywood AT ALL. North Hollywood?? Please. You have to be kidding.

I would replace north hollywood with atwater village if I made this list now lol. Living in LA, my opinions on these places are constantly evolving! Larchmont is definitely up there, people love larchmont. just visit on any given day and you’ll see that! Best is a stretch though, I’m liking the arts district more and more as the days go on. thanks for watching!

Culver City is a city and not a neighborhood! thus why it’s included on my best cities in california list :)
