Here's a little message on the first song MV from Stay @ankle_eater: In LALALALA there are 4 emotions, "Joy, Anger, Sorrow, Pleasure" represented by each of those 4 scenes they were in. You will see a Chinese character disappear one at a time, meaning they beat those emotions until all that's left is the character for pleasure. Also the monsters represent the kids' anxiety/stage fright & once SKZ helped them defeated the negative emotions, the kids were able to perform with pleasure. - So song meaning is that although all those emotions are ones we must feel in life, pleasure is the most important, so that you can live a happy fulfilling life where negative emotions weren't the ones taking over. Just let loose & try to have fun no matter what it is you're doing. 🖖🏽
A lot of their hype songs could be considered that I suppose but Stays know that they have much more diversity in their songs and music. Even here Backdoor could hardly be considered noise music.
Tbh I don't like tags in music. As a music artist, feels unfair if someone tells me my music is more like "X" when I didn't even think about X. I prefer to enjoy the music, that's my message with the reactions
