I am from Portland, I was truly touched, it's a geniun love that is desplayed.
I was raised by my Aunt, I washed her feet for her when I was finished I kissed her feet she was so surprised that I would do that, but it was just genuine love for her.
In Christianity we wash each other feet by showing our service to each other.
Africa lives within me and Africa is me. The great words of the priestess, mother G. All respect to you. I attended a training course in the United States with another black guy from Ghana, and he kept telling me that I reminded him of a friend he left in Ghana. I was working for USAID at the time, and he was adamant that I was Ghanaian. Within the next 5 years Jamaica will be the place for most black American coming to live.
I’ve been to 27 countries and nowhere celebrated me as a Jamaican than Ghana. They love us “gone to bed”, Jamaicans are rock star status in Ghana, if you into the lime light. Even the taxis and the Ubers have Jamaica flag on them. They rock with us. Go see for yourself, my words are not enough justification of the facts. Bless up our people, love Oo nuh.
