    Have you done a video about neighborhoods and towns and their crime levels?

    • @TheBillOlson
      @TheBillOlson  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Unfortunately as a realtor, we aren’t allowed to discuss crime and whether a neighborhood is “safe”

      @@TheBillOlson I understand. That doesn’t surprise me. There are resources out there. Are you the realtor who moved from Ohio originally?

    How about Moncks Corner?

    • @TheBillOlson
      @TheBillOlson  ปีที่แล้ว

      Moncks Corner is great too. Didn’t make the list because it’s a little further out than most want to go, however with Volvo and Redwood materials bringing in more jobs, I have a feeling it’s just going to keep getting more popular. Especially because there’s value and affordability there still.

    Screw all that. I just bought a 1840s plantation mansion with 45 acres in cottageville for 600k quick 45 min to downtown Charleston.
