Hey Conor, i have a problem with my weak foot (left) it is garbage. How can i go about improving it or just both feet in general, like getting good height, distance and accuracy?

I play goalkeeper too and really don't get tired during the game but during the training you have to dive and get up and dive and get up just the way you did in this video and for me I get out of breath after doing it for like 10 times. Now my question is what do you suggest for increasing my stamina? Should I hit the gym more, run more, or something else? Thanks and got to say you are awesome.
It's difficult! But the best way to improve your GK endurance is to do those drills! You may only be able to do 10 reps this time, but the more you do it, the more your stamina will improve! At the same time, don't always focus on endurance! You need to be good at that, but also add shorter, more game specific durations to your training!

Practice! Watch my distribution tutorial, hopefully that will help! Focus on the technique, get that right, then buildup the distance!
