Gary, much appreciate your feedback and input. I did think about the thread pitch just after I had put the whole thing back together. They are very robust filler plugs so doubt they would need to be replaced at any time. However, I will measure the thread when I do it all again in possibly 50,000 miles (if I get that far). Kimbo, possible and might get better access. The transfer box is behind the inner wheel arch so need to be flexible either way. Thanks for the comment, regards Damian

What size washer do I need thanks

I've done 105000 miles in my 2019 Leaf. I think I need to change the oil.

The spring nuts are referred to as Tinnerman clips here in the states. Damian, do you know the thread pitch for the M18?

I think you can also do it by taking off the front tyre on the left side ?
