Who Am I?
I am Rajat Yadav, an IIT Madras Alumnus and the founder of one of India's earliest and then largest mobile lending apps - 'Z2P'. How can I start my own co- working company? Can you guide step by step procedure of the same?😊
1) Choose a location which is good for business
2) Lease it for a long duration to bring down the cost
3) Hire an interior designer to work on renovation snd theme
4) Decide all the facilities- internet, canteen, electricity backup, etc
5) Make connections in the startup world to create a pipeline of events to be conducted to keep the members engaged. Hiring a community specialist might be a good investment.
6) Hire staff - cleaners, receptionists, etc
7) Calculate your monthly burn and fix a rent that gives you breakeven @ 75% occupancy.
Summarising, it is a business which requires decent investment and some time to break even. Depends a lot on location and occupancy.
