Danhausen is truly a class act. I showed up to a meet and greet with 2 mins before he was leaving. He took the time, didn’t rush and made the time feel valuable. I gave him a custom figure that I made and he was really appreciative. If you get a chance to meet him you should absolutely do it!

Did he remain in character? I met him, he was dressed up but talked normal. I mean I have seen him out of the makeup before but in the makeup and talking normal was a bit odd but he was a super cool guy. Maybe because I gave him my monies. We briefly talked about comics and horror, the Doctor Strange movie that came out because I knew how big of a comic and horror fan he is.

I was his "tooth guy" originally, and I asked him why he didn't stay in character while selling merch, and he said "because everyone knows this is fake. I realized after I left the show the payment never processed to him. I contacted him on Facebook messenger and told him how sorry I was and asked him how I could get payment to him. He was so great about it and I was finally able to pay him. He’s a class act.

I heard a Danhausen interview on a local radio station and thought he was so funny so I started following him on social media. I met him at a comic book store and I was terribly nervous and awkward, but he was so genuinely kind to me. He is the reason I started to watch wrestling as a 35 year old woman. I bought tickets to an AEW show in Detroit before he was injured and even though I was sad he didn't make an appearance, my brother and I had the best time. It was probably the most fun I had the whole year. I would love to see him back on TV, in whatever form, cartoon, wrestling or otherwise. Love that Danhausen.

Don’t count on it, he mostly does not wrestle much. You can see in the interview he is all in selling merch and not much else. What? This isn't out of character, he's in-character as his human persona. He's even got his human make-up on. False advertising!
(In all seriousness, though, it's really cool to see this side of a guy who rarely ever appears out-of-character on camera! Keep it up!)

Danhausen is, and always will be one of my favorite pro wrestlers. Discovered him shortly before my first ever AEW live event, which just so happened to be his AEW debut in Cleveland, Ohio during the Adam Cole-Orange Cassidy lights out match. Had my Danhausen shirt on, with no hint beforehand he would show up. Would love to tell him that story in a meet and greet one day. Love that Danhausen.

Met Danhousen over a year ago. Super nice guy, was in character except talking in his normal voice so for as odd as it is always seeing him not in makeup, it's odder seeing him dressed up and his normal voice. At least he didnt curse me. Probably because I gave him my monies to meet him. He is one of my favorite things about wrestling and it's crazy how badly used he was/is in AEW. I know he has won over many in the business too with how dedicated he is to his character and how very nice and not very evil he truly is.
